Bought a new R1300GSA, that transaction went O.K. Scheduled first service 2 weeks out at 600 miles. I wanted to wait for it and was given a 0930h appointment. Showed up, checked in, asked if on schedule. All sounded good. Checked in again at 1030h with no clear information on timing, I finally left at 1200 noon with unfinished business. I expect better communication after spending $30k on a bike. Service was done somewhere else. read more

Sills is a great place for parts and service. I go there for my 77' GL1000 and usually find what I need. They also have tips for how to put items on the bike, which is good b/c I have no mechanical skill. I get by with a little help from my friends (and Sills!) I digress... They have bikes, ATVs, lawn mowers, and snow blowers. It might be a little out of the way...but its worth the trip, honest fair prices and good service read more

Rude. after 10 hours of them having my back tire on my bike the lady tells me she will get to it today if she feels. When I dropped off tire and rim was told there was a set of rims and atv tires that needed to be mounted before me. Both times I was there she was standing around talking and no where near her service area I would not recommend dealing with these people. I wouldn't even want to deal with their labor per hour for actual work being done at this rate. Seeing as this is my only means of transport. and mounting and balancing one tire is no more then a 20 min job. read more

Hello friends, this place had my bike for 13 working days back in 2020 to do a 600 mile maintenance and some warranty recall work. I then stopped in to inquire about a plastic cowl piece that a mounting tab had broken on. I was told by the service writer that it would be ordered under warranty and it would come already painted and such. I've emailed them about the part and was given the runaround. Meanwhile, I purchased the part and now have it being painted to match the others all outta my own pocket. I'll never spend another dime at this place. I will go out of my way to patronize another local bmw dealership. read more

Home run experience buying my first motorcycle. I found Dominic and the rest of the staff candid, no-pressure, and straight forward. It is refreshing to have a salesmen tell you the problems you will have with each bike. At one point during the experience, he even looked for a bike at the competitors and said that if it was a better fit for what I needed, go make my best deal. My first experience with the service shop was sterling. Darwin and Zack took the time to explain what they were doing and didn't mind me poking my head into the mayhem. Don't be fooled by the facility, they are full service and very professional. I have a closer dealer (2.5 miles) from my house, but drive the 20 miles here for a place that I can trust. Drove there from the east side in rush hour to check out a particular bike they were advertising on their web site. They didn't have it! They explained they show all the current Honda's but that doesn't mean they are in stock! We were looking for a jacket and helmet, but their apparel selection is abysmal! And no helmets! I ride a BMW and gave up on their service department years ago when they refused to put new tires on my bikes rims. Their parts and accessory selection is very poor too. Go to Rick Roush! State 8 got Honda to step in and my repairs are being covered due to technicians error (sills people messing up my recall). State 8 took the proper steps to fight for me and as a result I owe nothing for the repairs. Take your bike anywhere but sills. read more

I bought a chainsaw from Sills. After it was not working properly I thought I would have no problem taking it in to get serviced. I guessed wrong. After telling them what was wrong with the saw I was immediately treated like I was the idiot and the one to blame for it not working properly. Do not take your chainsaw or any any other equipment to them and expect them to help you with out some guilt trip or bs attitude. O and dont expect the owner to apologize or make you feel that they appreciate your business I got worse treatment from her! What a joke of a business! read more
