We have had Overson Pest Control for many years. As someone living in Arizona quality pest control is very important to keep the your property pest free. What is even more critical is for a company who is thorough during every visit and a company who will be come as needed between schedule. Overson technicians are good, because they take the time to do it like it is the first time, i.e thorough. Overson has great customer service who have always been professional, pleasant when you call them for scheduling service or with any other questions. Because they do a good job when they come out with the combination of good customer service I would highly recommend using them. Chris who came out recently for in-between schedule treatment was thorough, patiently listened to the kind of insects we are seeing before starting the work. He was very respectful of the property when he came inside the house to spray. All the technicians who have come in the past looks like have been coached well to do their job and on the customer service front. They are a pleasant bunch to deal with. read more

Finding a reliable pest control company is as tough as it is, and I am glad that I found Overson Pest Control. Justin was the technician that came out to my home to perform the service. Justin has done a phenomenal job at spraying and focusing on each part of the house. Justin was informative with everything I asked him and went through thick and thin with analyzing possible entry points that insects find to get inside the house. Justin would be sure that they would be unable to get inside the house and even caulked some areas that had cracks on the exterior side of the house. The price was absolutely the best and the monthly amount is a great option especially in this economy. Overall, I am glad on finding this company and I am glad that a technician like Justin is always there to help with pest control. The response time on Yelp to my initial inquiry was fast. Bianca at the office was very friendly and answered all of my questions promptly. She also provided text updates so we knew when the Tech would be here. The pricing is competitive and you can't beat the $10 initial service special they're currently running. The contract was straightforward with no upsell, easy to sign, and they came out the same day for the initial treatment. Our Tech, Jared made a great first impression. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. It was the last stop of his day (almost 6 pm) and he still spent a solid hour(+) answering all my questions, diagnosing any "hot spots" and treating the inside, outside, and perimeter of our yard. From the initial contact to the service call, follow-up emails, and easy-to-use Customer Portal, they have excellent end-to-end communication and we're looking forward to working with Overson Pest Control. read more

I had my bi-monthly service done, but the tech was not able to access my backyard due to some issues on my part. I was told to call the office and schedule a follow-up visit, but had not made the phone call yet. I noticed the Overson Pest Control truck in the neighborhood a couple days later and asked the tech, Chris, if he could come do my backyard when he was finished with my neighbor's house. He said he would be more than willing to do that for me. That is the type of service Overson has been giving me for the past 3yrs and is the reason that I continue to be their customer. This company if fabulous. Have had them treating our home for 2 years now and we never have an issue with any pests. Very good pricing for their service. The best part is their tech. ALEX. His customer service is top notch and is very polite and courteous at our home. Make sure he treats our home top to bottom. Always asks if we have seen anything or have any issues. Only problem we have is he isnt our everytime tech to do our treatment. We just want to make sure he knows we really appreciate is attention to detail and customer service. He met our dog just once and remembers has name everytime and takes a moment to interact with him as well. We reccomend this company and to request Alex as you won't be disappointed. Jared in particular is my normal tech and does an incredible job. Spends extra time on my walls and exterior. He is so pleasant and so thorough. Extremely trust-worthy and likable. Our Field Expert, Alex, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about pest control, how it works, and how to keep our dogs safe. We have noticed a huge difference since we first started using Overson Pest Control and now we just keep having them come out as a precaution/maintenance. Today, I had a specific concern about a new trail of ants that I've noticed that have been going up and down the exterior of our house, and Alex pulled out his ladder and got right up on the roof to make sure we were covered on the ground and on the roof. He set up the traps super quick checked my roof for any entry points where the critters could be getting in and set up a bait box in my backyard. And literally 5 minutes after snap he got one. He goes above and beyond each time he sprays at our home always being extra careful around our personal items, Especially being very mindful of our pets.
