Honestee Plumbing g was recommended to me by a neighbor. I called for a quote for a pressure reducer on the main line into my house. I was able to schedule a free appointment for Robbie to come look the next day. I got a text about 30 minutes before my appointment time telling me he was on the way. There was no pressure to get it installed. He looked at our set up, provided an analysis of what he'd need to do for the install, and a very fair quote. My new pressure reducer install was completed about 2 hours later. Note, I received multiple quotes and they varied wildly. Robbie's quote was on the lower end of those I received and he didn't try to sell me a bunch of other things or pressure me to pick their company. HONESTLY ... look elsewhere. we had 75 apartment units under management central orange county when our long-time plumber retired. Our plumbing bills typically run between $20k and $30k per year. we started using Rob and Austin in Nov 2025 with seriously mixed results, ranging from on-time and fair, to complete failure to return calls and/or show up. most recently they charged us $425 to replace a new valve and a couple 3/4" nipples that feed a water heater. when asked why it was my fault that they did not have a standard 3/4" brass ball value on the truck, rather than a constructive dialog the conversation decivilized, ending with him accusing our on-site contractor of 20 year of lying. truly unbelievable. nobody needs that in their life. there are simply too many options to put up with folks that have a chip on their shoulder, and everything is somebody else's fault... nothing to see here. move on. read more

Honest, reliable plumber! Robert from Honestee Plumbing is the most honest plumber I've dealt with. I was having toilet flushing issues and another plumbing company told me my main sewer line under my driveway was sagging and leaking. They said the pipe was 6+ feet deep and the repair would require breaking my concrete driveway. The quote was $5,300. Before moving forward, I scheduled a second opinion sewer camera inspection with Robert at Honestee Plumbing. Robert arrived on time, ran a professional sewer line camera inspection, and walked me through everything step by step. After inspecting the entire line he told me the truth: the PVC sewer line was completely fine. No sagging pipe. No leaks. No broken sewer line. The real issue was simply an older toilet that wasn't working properly. Robert could have easily recommended an expensive repair, but instead he chose honesty and saved me thousands of dollars. I was able to get service appointment today, and met Robert- who is quite True to their name - an HONEST plumber. He is quite knowledgeable about plumbing and made recommendations as to how to best approach the fixes I need done. I will be hiring them to work on my faucets and drain after my parts get here.
