After a flood right before the holidays left our kitchen and bathroom severely damaged and uninhabitable, William stepped in and helped coordinate a complicated renovation during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Not only did he restore the unit, but he also helped upgrade it. The quality of the work--from the tile to the cabinetry--was excellent. We highly recommend William and Leasing San Diego for property management and renovation work.

It was the perfect base for my new adventure! William was incredibly friendly and helpful, and when one of his long-term rentals became available, I was able to move right in without any hassle. He didn't just rent me a place to stay--he became my local guide! Thanks to William, I got to explore San Diego's neighborhoods, discover amazing restaurants, and enjoy all the local activities. His recommendations really made me feel like I was living like a true local. I've already told my friends about Leasing San Diego because of the wonderful experience. If you want a place to stay and a friendly face to help you along the way, William's the person to go to!

06.13.2024 This…read morelocation is clean. Nice area in the San Diego CA area. Check in was easy. No problem, it went smooth. I stayed here for one night only. My experience was just ok. Not the greatest, this place did not live up to the expectation of how a resort should be. Complaint 1, The Icemaker in our fridge was spitting out 2 ice cubes every 4hrs. By the time morning came. I only had only 7 ice cubes. There is no other ice machines in the area. Complaint 2, this was a big one for me. Local channels were not available on their cable network! I wanted to watch the NBA FINALS which was being televised on ABC. This is unacceptable! Even their network is lagging. The response time is terrible. I had to download an app just because this Resort does not accommodate local channels as part of their cable network. This is a must. Unacceptable coming from a Resort. Complaint 3, the USB ports were not working properly! Only 1 USB outlet worked out of the 8. So annoying. Complaint 4, Went swimming and had to dry my clothes. The dryer was not getting hot. My clothes were not drying. Unacceptable Most part, this Resort has potential to be great due to its location. The amenities really is not the greatest, if it is not being maintained. Staff is friendly. You get charged by the day for parking. The swimming pool is tiny. There are over 400 rooms and this is the best this resort has to offer.. at tiny pool with a tiny recreation workout room and small jacuzzi. Overall, nice location and clean resort. This place can use some maintenance and upgrades to accommodate their guest. I am neutral..since my experience was not to good. But eventually will give it another go in the future. The plus, the 2 bedroom I stayed in was really nice and clean. Overall Neutral by my experience only. San Diego is beautiful.

We are original trendwest owners and as usual, they offer you a "welcome gift" from the concierge…read morewhich is tied to going to their sales presentation. We went so that we could get the free parking for our 5 day stay (otherwise they charge $25 per night which is ridiculous. Everyone who pays to stay here should get free parking) The concierge promises me they do not sell at this location, only educate and they will change our app from green to black without us purchasing into travel and leisure, the latest parent company. The sales woman (young but she's a pro at being a shark) demeaned my husband many times when he called her out on her bs. She's "just trying to help us" she claims over and over. It's her job to "educate" us. In reality, even after my husband walks out in frustration, she still keeps me while they print off the sales prices for getting into T and L. Guess what? Despite owning 21k credits which we enjoy and don't want more, they ask for 100k to buy into T and L. They try all the sales tactics we've encountered here 15 years ago- tell us we are paying massively more to use places that would be only 4k credits for a week with T and L. Tell us we are paying for all the owners left in WorldMark- which are few, so it more and more expensive fees. Lie and say our equity has been signed off from our account which actually means we didn't buy more credits using the "equity" they want to roll into a discount for more credits in T and L. They use typical car sales tactics- "let me talk to my manager and get info, etc etc" Punchline- if you want a timeshare get it for basically free online. People are sick of this crap and paying the maintenance fees are like paying ahead for a vacation which works for us. Sure we wish it was cheaper, but it's still a great deal for a 1 or 2 bedroom condo. Avoid the presentation unless you want something free and can withstand their sales tactics. As for the place- it's in good order. Recently remodeled I suppose. Small pool and the hot tub is broken and emptied our whole 5 night stay. Around this area are some homeless people closer to the freeway, it's fairly run down and I wouldn't take a walk from here. The building is by the Mountian with another hotel blocking it in and then a restaurant in front of that. Our 1 bedroom unit is comfortable, good bed, decent smaller kitchen. Fun room with games, foosball, movies, etc downstairs for people. Mostly this is a convenient location to explore San Diego which we have really enjoyed!
