After about a week of "back and forth" because (the owner lives in Florida) they agreed that if I had the vehicle towed they would look at it. Another week passed of back and forth and "the owner is on his way back from Florida" every time I called (they never contacted me with new information) I always had to call them. Long story short the engine was shot after not even having the vehicle 90 days and they're offering a trade vehicle for the price of the car with a blown motor. Excellent service, Nigel, also great job stepping up and being present to speak with a long time customer after multiple requests to speak with you directly. Wonderful job. Never again and everyone i know will be forewarned about my experience. Terrible.

Don't be fooled, these guys are out to make money and don't give a crap about you. They are not your friends and will gladly let you buy that truck with a bad transmission and not say a word about it. Don't be fooled! Do your inspections! The cars on the lot are there for a reason! FORGET the fact that we are (soon to be WERE) AAA members. They were unable to help us unless we wanted to wait 3 days for a tow! We called the closest RV place in the area and were fortunate to talk to Carrie who immediately scheduled American Towing to help us out. John and his assistant were there within about a half an hour, took off our tire, and followed us with hazards flashing all the way to Price Right, a few miles away. The Price Right service team looked at our brake immediately, assessed the damage, and had it repaired by the next morning, allowing us to continue on with our camping plans for the holiday!! That was NOT what we had expected, so we were happily surprised and are currently on our way to the campground to spend time with family!!! Thank you to everyone at Price Right for getting us back on the road so we could enjoy our holiday weekend!! We thought it was a goner!! Buyer beware of this shady dealership in Lansing. I'm not fooled too often but they got me and now we have $3K in repairs that need to be done only a month after we took delivery of the vehicle. Do not be taken in by their confidence scam, I really thought we got a good deal and were treated well until we needed them and the warranty company to step up. Avoid GWC Warranty as well! That's all, no tears just major buyer remorse. Time to eat the cost and move on. Hopefully this steers even one would be buyer away from this terrible company!!!

Not much longer I received a call saying that there was around 70% life still in my brakes and were probably just making noise because they were "cheap". A couple months go by I was driving and I had to make a fast stop and ever since then my brakes were squealing BAD so I went to a mechanic and they told me my caliper was frozen and was shocked that I needed a new caliper already, considering I only have 40 some thousand miles on It. My brakes were also metal on metal 4 months after I was told from youngs they were fine.
