I had a wonderful experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. I saw Dr. Kim yesterday, and he took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Going to the dentist can be stressful, but it was time for a check up. Hugo preformed my X-rays, he was kind, patient, and took his time with me. I needed a routine dental cleaning but again I was a bit nervous since I have sensitivity. During my cleaning I felt some discomfort from the sensitivity but Dr. Kim quickly made the changes in his tools to make me feel comfortable and at ease, that was amazing! Carmen and Melissa, front desk staff, were so friendly and welcoming. Overall, the office was clean and well organized. I left feeling confident that I was in great hands. I'm back to update after they put on my permanent crown. I'm absolutely in love it. It looks really good and it is very comfortable. Also, I went in yesterday to get a root canal. Not only did that go well, but David was extremely comforting and sweet after I broke down crying in the dentist chair- Father's Day, dad passed away, and a multitude of other negative things racking up- I completely lost it. This, place is ok but the Dentist are NOT that patient with their patients if they're struggling with anxiety from previous bad experiences with Dentists. If, a patient claims they feel some level of pain, that should be noted and properly handled with patience. It's, NOT APPRECIATED when you have someone working "in your mouth" who is INSENSITIVE to their patients. They, could do better than this and NOT tell their patients things like, "do you want to come back another day" would you like another Dentist, or that they will GET CONFUSED if they have to stop again. Meanwhile, YOUR MOUTH is stretched open for what feels like five whole freakin minutes!! SMH I don't understand their impatience with patients. I may soon be searching for a new dental office. Went for first visit with my two sons ages 6 and 10. I liked the office feel from the get-go the ambiance is kid friendly. X-rays were a breeze using their equipment, it was quick and efficient. They made my sons and I feel welcomed and aware of what was happening. I didn't have any issue getting cavities filled and a few teeth pulled and we all know how nerve wrecking that can be. My regular dentist did not want to perform a tooth extraction, because he's not a dental surgeon. Oxy Dental was able to provide me with an emergency extraction. However, the Oxy Dental dentist said he wanted to also fill cavities. Note: I knew for a fact I did not have cavities. My regular dentist took x-rays an hour before I went to Oxy Dental. Oxy Dental's dentist also offered, at the time of the extraction, to put in the bridge. However, my regular dentist told me he wanted me to wait 3 months after the extraction before having a bridge installed; this way my gum and bone have time to heal. If you don't allow them to heal, a gap can occur between the bridge and gum (and food can get caught in that unwanted gap). Oxy Dental's dentist then said the bridge would cost $3,800.00. I declined. I told Oxy Dental to only extract the tooth. I'm on Medi-Cal and they knew it; paying $3,800 is not an option. Furthermore, my regular dentist is installing the new bridge for just $1,500. (that's $500 per tooth). read more

they are not professionals, i went for a filling and they ended up making me 2 implants and because of the filling they did not do it to me and apart from everything they hurt me a lot personally, the instruments they use slipped and they hurt my lips in the end i ended up with my bled lip. and above all they are scammers they tell you that if you put 5 stars to them they will give you a kit for the teeth they do not believe the stars that they have almost almost forcing the forgiveness to give them 5 stars. please do not go to that place. read more
