I don't dress up, I don't do makeup, and I don't pose for photos. This should have been a nightmare for me and I almost did panic thinking about it but Wendy and Allen made the whole process fun and painless. I felt like a guest at their in home studio while Wendy worked her magic doing my hair and makeup. Later, I got to "play" with the camera while Allen used his expert eye to get my best side and Wendy directed him in poses. I didn't feel as though I was just standing in place posing for photos. Their lively fun banter combined with the photo shoot made it all a fun process and the end results are really where it paid off. To say I'm impressed would be an understatement. I am beyond amazed and personally think this is the best I've looked and perhaps, the best photos of me. Not only are Wendy and Allen masters of their craft while working in their studio; they do an amazing job editing photos and letting your best self shine through. We booked my maternity shoot at 31 week pregnant and our location off the road at a river/hike was near the start to Mt. Baldy. Paul chose the best spot and was a perfect vibe for us cause we are nature, down to earth people. We did about 1.5 session exploring the area on the hike and near the river. Paul was a great guidance in getting us in a photogenic position and to be happy. I believe he captured our joy and happiness in the photos. He had such an eye for detail and color.
