Knowing that this shop uses a lot of the same vendors we do I know they are quality oriented and know the difference between Grade A, B, and C parts and not only that, but they know what pieces and parts need to be replaced when making repairs, there is zero guessing,speculating ,only gathering evidence and a effective repair. The tire had a previous repair done by another big o tire shop in north Springfield. The tire was still leaking from the plug they installed. However the other big o tire shop would not accept responsibility for the lousy repair job and insisted nothing was wrong with the tire. Jason attempted a repair but was unsuccessful, so he happily replaced my tire with a new one. I was only at the store for about an hour. I wish I would taken my tire to this location several weeks ago. If you decide to use big o tires make sure you go to the store on Republic. You will get much better customer service and the work they do is professional and courteous. Jason is top notch, cream of the crop, pillar of the community. The manager from the other store could learn a lot from Jason.

I am very proactive and always keep my vehicles maintained and serviced on time. My father was a automotive mechanic for 40 years and I grew up in his shop. I know how the job is done properly. I've done the same job a few dozen times. I don't have time due to work so I pay you guys to do it. I'm not sure what has happen in the last year, but this shop is awful now. Very unprofessional, dishonest, negligent, and unwilling to repair their mistakes. The car was un drivable due to their mistakes after taking it back multiple times. Wow I guess they can't figure out how to drain and fill the rear diff on a nissan Xterra with out it leaking. How could a customer not lose confidence after bringing it back 3 times and then they refuse to fix their mistakes and say your no longer a customer. I will have the nissan dealer inspect the vehicle and send them the bill due to their blatant negligence. I will also be reporting them to the BBB.
