Said "$12" I looked at him and he then said "oh! $53.." I said - they DID do the oil change, correct? He said YES. then I got in my car after paying and did Not see an oil change sticker. So went back inside and asked again. He said yes and filled out a sticker. I kept thinking he was lying to me. So asked a friend how I make sure they did the oil change. She said check the oil. If dirty/dark colored they did Not. It was dirty! I called them and at first acted denial then called me back and said it was a mis-communication w his tech guys. I said I just want a refund. He said no! They don't do refunds! Said he'd comp the next 2 oil changes (like I'm ever going back there!) it was obvious they took advantage of a female by herself! So I had to wait til Monday to call and speak to a manager. Manager said he'd have to call "higher-ups" to approve a refund!? Wtf. So Monday night he calls & says "ok management approved a refund and you have to come back in the store to get cash". Ridiculous and very unprofessional. And wasted so much of my time!! I truly believe he lied when he knew they did not change my oil. I'll never go back there and I would highly recommend you don't go there!!

Then, when they completed the repair, they actually ended up charging me even less as the fix was simpler than they expected. They could have changed me the higher price and I never would have thought anything about it, so I appreciate their honesty. Also had my car detailed here and it looked great. This seems to be a trustworthy and reliable company. I'll go back for any future issues that arise.

Then one mechanic says all my sway bars have play and all the gaskets are leaking showing me a video. Then it took them almost 40 minutes to get a quote they said $1,300 which is insane. There are better local places that need you to support them and them to take care of you. I went to Hickman Auto and was roughly quoted which was fine until he can look underneath the van said about $700 and that's if everything failed at the same time. So be careful get 3 quotes and stay away from this place that took 40 minutes compared to the other mechanic 5 minutes.

We were only about 7 miles out from our hotel, but we were worried we might be looking at a transmission replacement as it seemed like the transmission went "limp" and wouldn't change gears while driving! The team at Budget Radiator and Automotive got us in quickly, took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem, and didn't jump to conclusions or try to sell us unnecessary repairs. They found that the alternator had failed, but they didn't stop there. During the repair they discovered the serpentine belt and tensioner were also failing because the belt kept slipping off. They explained everything clearly, showed us what was happening, and made sure the repair was done correctly. After replacing the alternator, serpentine belt, and tensioner, they checked the transmission fluid at my request, (which looked great), then test drove the van for about 20 miles to make sure everything was working properly before calling us. That's the kind of attention to detail and professionalism every customer hopes for. The van now runs beautifully, all of the warning lights are gone, and we have complete confidence driving it home. When you're traveling and your vehicle breaks down hundreds of miles from home, you're putting a lot of trust in a repair shop you've never met.
