We are visiting my sister and she said we are staying by her favorite coffee place. So, of course I had to try it. On the first dat, I ordered the Berry White Mocha and it was DELICIOUS! It was the perfect amount of sweetness and the espresso was delightfully rich. In addition to the amazing coffee, I loved the atmosphere. Black Lives Matter and rainbow flags hang inside and all gender bathrooms are available. It is a welcoming place for all as I hope the whole world will embrace. Pretty awesome coffee shop. I had a nitro infused cold brew that came out looking like a Guinness beer & tasted like a Guinness mixed with coffee almost to the T. Yum!!! I added cream just because I'm a cream freak! I had a slice of banana bread as well, it was good...not the best. There isn't a lot of seating inside. The coffee bar area takes up most of the room on the first level. I did see some seating upstairs but there was a group of 4 of us & it was a beautiful morning so we sat outside next to a really nice fire pit area. read more

Love this place BUT. One thing you absolutely have to have as a premier coffee shop other than good coffee is good fast internet. The internet here SUCKS. Its hard to connect to and when you do its super slow. I like to stop in on the way to the office and start my work for the day but this is ruining it for me. The other thing is that not everyone likes the entire live Dave Matthews album. I would expect some better taste in music. C'mon guys pull it together. This is our Longmont and we care. I am a real coffee snob. I have a full service espresso machine at home. Came in this am with a free coffee card and had a quad shot cortado with breve. I chose one of two blends - the 8th. Amazing cup of coffee in a great environment. Plenty of tables and chairs. They could use some leather couches and chairs. Very friendly service and the barista was great and informative. Cannot say enough great things about this Ozo location. While I always get the 'house special', my husband gets the Americano, and that is the real test of a good barista. He asks for it in a 6oz. cup and it is always excellent. Great crema, good body to the shot and not watery. -- Plus, I love the quality of their ingredients: Organic coffee and pasteries (Spruce Confections), hormone and antibiotic free dairy. The staff is super happy and that makes them really friendly and eager to please. The cafe is very clean and new. Everything looks inviting! Clean food and drink, expertly prepared, with a smile and great atmosphere! We go almost every morning now! So glad to have them in Longmont! read more

It is with sorrow that I give a 3 star review because I wanted to love this place. I will say that the drinks were fine. The pastries however were god awful. Truly inedible. I love that Ozo is branching out as it is one of my favorite cafes. This new location is very open with a study space upstairs. Plenty of small tables and outlets, however, due to the layout, it can get pretty noisy. I also happened to be here when there was some sort of an event at the mall complex (aka many little kids and families coming in for a cool drink... and all the noise that little kids bring with them). My spicy chai with coconut milk was pretty delicious, but I'll ask for less ice next time. read more

Sometimes delish, sometimes watery swish. At first I thought the inconsistency was due to the difference in machines between the Boulder Ozo's and the Longmont. But now I see that there is also a problem with inconsistency among baristas. I order the same exact drink every time. When Ben at Longmont makes it, it is creamy and decadent. When another barista or two makes the same exact drink, it tastes like watered down latte. It is very disappointing because I have tasted the pinnacle of deliciousness in Ben's concoctions, but his co-baristas do not seem to be able to reach the same level of expertise. When Ben makes my drink, Ozo shines. But he is not always there and when others make my drink, Ozo disappoints. read more

Having moved to Longmont from Boulder, I was missing Ozo! I was super excited to find out one was opening 5 minutes away from me. They have not disappointed! Awesome location and awesome atmosphere. Perfect place for chatting with friends or doing some work. I brought my laptop and easily found an outlet and everything. The staff was super friendly as well and I ended up trying something new based on a staff recommendation and now I have a new favorite. The best part about this location is there is no $5 minimum for credit cards. I understand the rationale behind this but I never carry cash so I end up buying an unnecessary chocolate bar or baked good that I don't need. Anyways, super excited about this and will be visiting a lot! read more

it took 20 minutes to get a small mocha this morning here. The line was long to the order counter, and there was one barista schlepping drinks. I waited patiently for over 10 minutes for the barista to produce my drink after I ordered, which was honestly, just marginal tasting. My little 12 once mocha also came to a whopping $5.40! I understand this place is more of an experience, however if you're looking for someplace you can run in, get your drink and leave, this isn't it. read more

Big fan of Ozo coffees: one of my go-to coffees for brewing at home. For a to-go, usually drop in at the Pearl St. location. Was in Longmont tending to a few things and wanted to kill some time. Pulled up my search engine and Ozo popped up, and was part of the new mall which I was just blocks away from. Did not know that they were there! Space is large and airy. Seating on ground floor and an upstairs deck/loft. Good wifi. Plenty of parking. Had really nice Chemex, which was expected, as Ozo does a nice job of roasting and doing Chemex. I had a bad experience the first time, but decided to give them another shot. I ordered a large latte and after a 12 minute wait grabbed it and went upstairs. When I took a sip it tasted like warm milk. I brought it back an they explained all sizes get 2 shots of espresso. So I paid $5.75 for a large glass of warm milk. I paid another $3.05 to add another double shot. $8.80 for a latte is way too much. The employees all agreed that it was strange not to add more espresso to larger drinks. read more

Amazing staff! Sooo knowledgeable about their coffee and stand 100% behind their product. Every time I go in I feel the love and always come away with a better understanding of coffee. Overpriced coffee and baristas are always rude. The taste of the coffee is very bitter not to my personal preference. It may have been sweeter if the staff were friendlier or the price point was adjusted. But when I pay a premium, I expect a premium quality product coupled with premium quality service. read more
