The service was great - the barista was super nice and on top of things even though she was the only one working. The veggie breakfast burrito and vanilla latte were fine but not my favorites - I would try something else next time. The vibes were good inside but it would be nice if the bench seating had the cushions attached to the bench instead of just sitting on top - they moved a lot.

My wife and I stopped in for a cold brew and iced caramel breve, and ended up also getting the BLT and burrito for lunch.

Came to work here for the day and enjoyed it very much…read more * Friendly staff, (forgot my water bottle and they held it for me to pick up) * Majority of pastries made in house - heard people asking for the strawberry scones but they were out for a few days. Came by a few days later and they were still out and had a blueberry scone instead. (Absolute delish) * breakfast burritos (wish I would've tried) * Drinks were good. Overall, good place to work from, they have regulars and I loved that vibe. Neighborhood coffee shop, nice meet up place, and hang out for a bit as well. :)

The drinks are fantastic, the pastries are great, and the staff is consistently kind and talented. But I'm still baffled by the lack of ceramic "for here" mugs. They clearly have the infrastructure to support them. There's a bussing station ready and waiting, and they make the pastries and cheesy bits in house. You can't tell me they don't have a place to wash a few mugs! Choosing not to offer reusable mugs is costing more than just extra paper cups; it's costing loyal customers like me. I've found myself going elsewhere lately, not because I don't love MeCo, but because even when I remember to bring my own cup, my friends usually don't. It feels wasteful to sit down and try to enjoy coffee in a disposable to-go cup. This feels like a small, one-time investment with a big environmental and customer loyalty return. I truly hope MeCo reconsiders.

"If I move away, I'll still think about this place" favorite. The second you walk in, it feels warm, cozy, and inviting. It's become my go-to spot to read, work, meet friends, or just exist with a really good London Fog. At this point, it's less of a coffee shop and more of a sanctuary. Even my service animal, Mr. Boo, gets excited when we pull up. The drinks are consistently amazing, and the staff somehow manages to make everyone feel like a regular. Now let's talk about the chocolate muffin. I'm not a muffin person. Never have been. Yet somehow this muffin has me questioning my entire identity. How do they make the top perfectly crunchy while the inside stays so fluffy? I don't know. I don't need answers. I just need another muffin. And the cinnamon rolls? They're the size of a small planet and every bit as life-changing. If loving them is wrong, I don't want to be right. I'll happily sing the praises of Java Stop until my dying breath. This place has carved out a genuinely special spot in my heart, and I couldn't be more grateful it's part of my community.

I don't drink coffee but the food is amazing and it's a nice quiet spot for me work on schoolwork and to draw. The food is amazing, and there's GF on some items. Tons of coffee options and tea options for everyone. The service is nice, the people running the front are friendly and efficient. I'd say in total 5 minutes of waiting, and I got my coffee first and food right away. It's also a good place for people in a rush to meet up or going to work or lunch time!

Will be back (and again and again, but shhh! You should go before everyone finds out about it). People 10/10. Real, kind, generous. And with fun tidbits of conversation and humor. Ambiance: excellent for breakfast or brunch with friends, working solitary on your laptop, having a quick sandwich on the rooftop patio, or a work meeting (in-person would be nice because the velvet couches are legit). I really liked the attention to details (such as the hooks for hanging a purse under the countertop). Cool decor and the vibe is like somebody oversized den, but instagram-worthy, you know? Check out the little store; they have cookbooks, cards, adorable kitchen towels and such, preserves and so on!

The two highlights (neither of which I captured in pictures) were the mortadella sandwich (with mayo and what I think was pistachio) - EXCELLENT. It was a little pricey at $14 but a simple and hearty lunch. The other stand out item was their brownie - It was a mix of a little lava cake and chocolate fudge - again a little pricey but of all the things I got it was worth every penny. There is a walk up/take-away area and a sit down area that was charming. Parking is not always easy in the area but worth the struggle. I was extremely impressed and will be returning regularly.
