We had seen Natural Green's trucks around the neighborhood, maintaining our neighbors beautifully landscaped yards and always admired their work. When a mason we had worked with recommended them, we made the call and set up a consultation right away. Arlindo arrived on time and ready to get down to business. He's polite, warm and very, very smart -- this guy knows his landscaping. We went over what we wanted to do, what needed doing and how is should be done, and within a day we received a quote. It was very reasonable, but still a lot of money -- something we definitely would need to save up for. Fast forward to a year and a half later, and we were ready to roll. Arlindo stuck to his initial quote, which we appreciated, and when we needed to go a little deeper and get more work done, he and his team worked very hard to come up with the best possible price, and walked us through exactly how they did that. The end result is a beautiful back yard, patio, fence, stone wall and front yard that not only enhances the beauty of my home, but increases the value of the property as a whole. I have never seen such a hardworking group of men in my life, and the fact that such a dramatic transformation took place over a few short months is amazing to me. Extremely Disappointed -- Poor Quality and Overpriced…read more We hired David and Live Earth Landscaping and deeply regret the decision. The project was overpriced, the workmanship was poor, and we were met with lots of promises that turned into constant excuses once issues started showing up. They were quick to collect payment, but much less responsive when it came time to fix their mistakes. He held $100K deposit for over two years due to construction delays. He would not refund the deposits. Keep in mind this was only the deposit. Our yard was left with rocks scattered all over the topsoil, which is dangerous with small children playing outside. Even worse, there were exposed lighting wires and water lines--a clear safety concern that should never happen on a finished job. The grass never grew in properly, and many of the plants and flowers died, even though they were supposed to be under warranty. Despite repeated attempts to get them back to address the problems, we've seen little to no follow-through. At the end I addressed most issues myself. I asked him to please address the dead plants and bent gutter drain they installed, still nothing. I will upload photos later today. If you're looking for quality, accountability, or safety, I would not recommend this company.

They also added 4x4 curbs after EP ripped out what was there. They were skilled and super efficient and did excellent work across the board! We LOVE our stone patio! That swap has added more usable space to our yard. The hot tub was something I dreamed of for years and they knocked that out as an add on after the patio was underway. The only thing that was less excellent was what happened to my lawn. The repairs they did were just okay. It took a season for it to rebound. I would recommend them and hire them again without hesitation.
