Only to be left there for 35mins. I understand that things get hectic and clinics run behind. Yet, they go to lunch at 1pm and I haven't even seen the dentist. So at that point, I left. I had to return to work. I was very upset. Now, Jan of 2023, I get a 90 day late notice of a "noshow" appointment. Laughable since they had me waiting for them for over 30mins. Guess they think their time is more important than anyone else's? The clinic didn't call to apologize, call to get my side or try to smooth things over. I had a tooth that was giving me SO MUCH PAIN that I had no other choice rather than to get it checked out. Christy sent me a text after I left a voicemail and was BEYOND helpful and booked me the next available appointment. When I arrived, she was just as sweet in person as she was via text. She constantly answered all of my questions via text and was so patient with me. Dr. Raiyn was such a nice guy and extremely professional. Explained everything that needed to happen and walked me through what needed to be done. Really made me feel at ease. I was not expecting that. Due to my neglect, the tooth wasn't save-able and needed to be extracted. I was TERRIFIED. Kelsi, the assistant could tell I was worried and calmed my nerves and told me that she recently had to get a tooth extracted, and answered all of my questions, and was so nice! All in all, this place was amazing from start to now. This was one of the most frightening and upsetting dental experiences I have ever had…read more I went to Dr. Sayed K. Raiyn to have a lower-left wisdom tooth removed. He was extremely confident and made it sound like a quick and simple extraction. After three numbing injections, he tried taking X-rays several times, but the images did not clearly show my entire tooth or roots. He even commented that the tooth was so far back that it was "in the back of my throat." Despite this, he still decided to proceed. What followed was extremely traumatic. For 1 hour, he and his assistant struggled with my tooth. I felt intense pressure on my jaw, lips, and face while they tried repeatedly to loosen it. His assistant had to hold my jaw while they continued. I was terrified and could see that things were not going as expected. Then Dr. Raiyn told me he was tired and his arm needed a break. He could not finish the extraction and sent me home on a Friday afternoon with a partially extracted tooth, bleeding gums, pain, and instructions to wait until Monday for an oral surgeon. At that moment, I was scared and felt completely helpless. I could not understand why this procedure had been started if he was not prepared to finish it. What made the experience even more disturbing was how little confidence I had in the situation by that point. I had told him this was my first extraction, and he seemed genuinely surprised and asked whether I had never had an extraction before. As the dentist performing the procedure, I expected him to fully understand the situation and the risks before starting. I also later requested copies of my own dental records and X-rays from Dr. Raiyn's office. Despite contacting the office, I never received them. I left this experience feeling frightened, hurt, and completely let down. The issue was not simply that the extraction was difficult. My concern is that the procedure was started despite the tooth not being fully visible on the X-rays, I was not adequately prepared for the possibility that it could not be completed, and I was ultimately sent home to deal with the consequences over the weekend. I would not return to this office, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend Dr. Raiyn.

I also have vertigo and I can't lie flat. I cannot help that. A dentist office works with the public. I cannot imagine. I am the only patient that cannot lie flat. This is not the problem of the patient. This is the problem of the dentist office if they are not prepared for this and or do you not know how to handle it you do not take it out on the patient. Don't give me attitude about it. If you don't know how to handle someone that isn't 100% healthy and you're a doctor? I needed a new bottom retainer and my dentist told me it would be $150. I remembered I had gotten new retainers at Roseman so I called and made an appointment. Scheduling was easy and quick. I had my appointment yesterday where they did the scan and I found out they make the retainers there in the lab now and I'll have my new retainer next week! I only need the bottom retainer and it's $50! So I bought 2! There's a $50 office visit/scanning fee. So for $150 I had my visit plus 2 retainers! The office and exam area are clean and bright. Everyone is great! If you are thinking about straightening your chompers definitely consider Roseman! Save some money and have a great smile!
