I had to take time off work. McConnell knew this. McConnell cancelled my appointment and gave me no effective advance notice; they let me know when I walked in the door for the appointment. It's 30 miles round-trip to their business. They have almost no customer wait area. There were thunderstorms in the area but when I arrived McConnell was open, customers going in and out of their business. The tint business next door and other area businesses, all open. Weather cleared up nicely as I drove home. I attempted to reschedule the install, but after a series of emails, it became clear McConnell was not trying to accommodate reschedule. They implied they might not refund my deposit. Finally, I quit playing their games and cancelled. They wasted my time and I lost a $20 tint deposit because of them. At least in this instance, they act like customer service, they could care less.

He did an awesome job and the film on all the windows are holding up really nice six years later. Next was a Kenwood radio install on the Mustang. He did an amazing job modifying the dashboard to accommodate the new head until. Last week we had new radio installed on my son's 2015 Toyota Tacoma. The stock radio in it was awful and an upgrade was needed. Again, John did really great work. He gave us solid recommendations and kept us within the price point we were budgeted for. Over the last six years, the tint on my Wrangler did not fade, wear, or deteriorate at all.
