I was in a rush when I picked it up and just grab the paperwork and the keys and paid for it. The next day, I remembered that I had had a problem with another Town Fair Tire with some damaged rims and I went out to check and three of the floor rooms were damaged. I immediately called the store and spoke with the manager Rick and he asked me to send him some photos so I did and I never heard from him again I felt it was the holidays and people are busy so I waited till the middle of January and then I reached out to the corporate office sent them photos and Talked to to the regional manager. Still never heard anything from him, and I had to call back again and he called me the next day and assured me that they had been a managerial change and the new manager would be reaching out to me the next day. Well, I'm still waiting to hear from him as well and as far as I know, Rick is still the manager so I'm not sure what he's talking about I just cannot believe this is the second time this has happened to me and the only reason I went back is because a very close friend of mine does a lot of work there and recommended them I was just down at the rim repair Shop and they told me this isn't the first time that they've heard a story like this about Town Fair Tire.
