After having been a loyal customer for about nine years ( making nine purchases in the process ) , I within the last month purchased both a new refrigerator & a new large air conditioner unit ... While I had already begun dealing with the first delivery guys on June 5th who were installing my air conditioner , suddenly ANOTHER truck arrives , containing my refrigerator ... Although I had been SPECIFICALLY told at the time of purchase that my older fridge could be taken by the delivery guys down into my basement ( SUPER easy , incidentally ) , they refused , DIRECTLY CONTRARY to what I had been told at the time of purchase ... Likewise , although I politely asked them to wait while I attempted to straighten out this issue with the store manager , they proceeded ( two rather young twenty something year olds ) into MY property , WITHOUT MY permission , & proceeded to crash the new refrigerator into multiple spots on the walls , a window sill , & succeeded in scratching my refinished wood floor ... Mind you , NUMEROUS other appliances had been previously taken in & out of this same apartment over the years WITHOUT ANY INCIDENT ... Oh yeah , I was also LIED to MULTIPLE times by P.C. Richard personnel . telling me the delivery guys , driving CLEARLY MARKED P.C. Richard vehicles , were P.C. Richard employees , which was LIKEWISE TOTALLY UNTRUE !!! So, AFTER P.C. Richard supposed corporate personnel stall me for a week in even coming over to the property to view the damages , they claim THEY are denying my claim , causing me to ask for the identity of the trucking outfit , as well as the insurance carriers of BOTH the trucking outfit as well as P.C. Richard & Son ( noting I NEVER agreed to even use this trucking outfit , & only had an agreement with P.C. Richard ) ... What's their response ? These CROOKS/P.C. Richard Corporate personnel refuse , being why I am now forced to refer to these BUMS as LIARS , CHEATS , & SNEAK THIEVES !!!!!! R U N , DON'T WALK , in the OTHER direction , as this outfit has OBVIOUSLY become nothing more than a bunch of LYING CROOKS , who will cause damage to your property , & then refuse to be responsible for it ... Too many other places to buy appliances , without dealing with THIS KIND OF DISHONEST GARBAGE !!! read more

Let me first start off by saying The atmosphere in the building is so warm and comfortable!! I visited the store for the first time last week after having a terrible and frustrating experience next door at the Best Buy ..a friend of mine mentioned PC Richard to me and suggested I went over and gave it a try.. To make a long story short .I was looking for a good deal on a Smart television..however I had no idea what the "smart" feature even meant I just knew I had no television my big screen 50 inch completely died out on me the night before, my grandchildren insisted I become more up-to-date =\ ! I was greeted as soon as I entered the store by multiple sales people . After taking a tour around their large television display one of the sales associates came over .. her name was Tara and I must say she was very knowledgeable and explained every detail from top to bottom in the different televisions they carried she walked me through step-by-step how to use the smart feature on my television .which I am using right now to post this review =) (how convenient) I was not rushed she took her time with me ..the manager Andrew came over and introduced himself.. Very pleasant young man as well!! (I cannot remember the last time I actually was greeted by a manager in any other store) But getting to the point I ended up buying a 60 inch Sony smart television with a (sound bar) to help increase the sound of the television because I am hard of hearing. If it wasn't for my sales person taking the time out to qualify me I would probably still be using subtitles... The TV was delivered and set up the very next day and my big 200 pound old dinosaur TV was hauled away ! This is a great company and I give my word this is the only place I will ever shop for electronics /appliances / bedding and more due to my outstanding customer service! P.s I even got 12 months 0% interest opening a PC Richard financing card..!! read more

I ordered a new range to be delivered and I paid extra for installation. The delivery guy showed up drenched in bad smelling cologne and even with two masks on, it was horrible smelling. He barely plugged the device in, ( it was not flush with the electrical box & you could visualize the prongs in the space), he did not level the appliance nor did he raise it to the counter height, he left it sitting too low below the counter height. It is not against the wall it is sticking out 1.5 inches from the wall and he took my new bracket for tipping with him saying that the other bracket from the 20 year old previous appliance was fine when in fact the leg of the new appliance isn't even inside the old anti-tipping bracket & it is obvious the new bracket is a larger size. I have called the manager and I am waiting for him to rectify this problem. We are in a pandemic and now he has to send a second person to come back in and fix this. Not once did he offer to refund the $30 installation fee. I will not purchase from the store again. read more

I was in PC Richard today to buy a washer & dryer. Not having a lot of money, I told the salesman I needed a good, nice sized set but was on a limited budget. I looked at several models, and chose a Cabrio set I liked. When it was all totaled I just couldn't afford it. He then went and got his manager, and explained the situation and he was so nice and helpful, he was able to help me get a set I could afford, that I liked, that met my needs and both were so pleasant and worked with me. I couldn't have been happier!! Most places give you a price and more or less say take it or leave it, but I've been buying things here for a few years now and have never been disappointed. Blown away !!!! My co-worker recently mentioned this store to me when I was having a panic attack last Friday I got a phone call from my son saying our fridge completely died food was going bad and I was hosting a party Saturday evening (yeahhh!! Fridge dead party very next dayy!) long story short I called her recommended sales associate Tara #the best #life saver.. She helped me from begging to end without even walking in the showroom I had a new fridge delivered and installed the very next morning !! the biggest misnomer about retail commission salesmen are they tend to be pushy. this wasn't the case during my visit. i was greeted by the general mgr Karl. he quickly got a sales rep to help. the gentlemen who assisted me was sean. very pleasant and extremely professional. i came in looking for a specific splitter for hdmi. the sales person made every effort to search. ultimately, he presented me with a card that had information on pcrichardsparts.com and a 1 800 number. i was greatful for the service I was given and would highly recommend to anyone to shop at pc richard in mount laurel. even though i didn't buy anything, the experience was worth it. read more

We go to P.C. Richards for appliances and electronics because of their large inventory of manufacturers and competitive prices. We have always been satisfied but a recent visit warranted this review. We were greeted by Dan Weaver who answered our questions about different dishwasher and refrigerator models. We have never, in forty years, come across someone so knowledgeable in knowing every detail of each model. We did not feel rushed or under any pressure to purchase. This is my 3rd purchase at PC Richards, I always do a price research before I shop. I called PCR&S before going to the store to see if the product was available and if they price match, I spoke to Brian in the Appliance area who was very helpful on the phone. I told him we would be in to look. When my husband and I arrived at the store, he greeted us by name and proceeded to help us pick out a new stove. JP and Karl provided us with excellent customer service. There were so many different options for the new TVs, and JP spent a really long time helping us decide between them, explaining the differences and pros/cons of each. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but he didn't pressure us in any way, which was really nice, and very different from all of the other stores that we had been to. I needed a washing machine ASAP and quickly discovered that most appliance stores don't have product that you can load in your truck and take with you on the spot.
