My Mom, cousin, and I hadn't had Olive Garden in awhile and were craving it. As we were walking in a hostess opened the door for us which was very nice. When we walked up to the actual host stand we weren't really acknowledged by anyone and it was a little awkward. We were seated and I didn't realize my menu was dirty until it was no longer needed, which was a little gross. There wasn't anyone in there really so the food came pretty quickly. My cousin and I both got the chicken alfredo and it was good. My Mom got the shrimp scampi and her food wasn't very hot, which put her off a bit. However, our waitress Shelby great! She was very sweet and super accommodating. Overall, it was an okay experience.

While traveling for business , me and my assistant stopped to grab lunch and enjoyed some carbs ! Our server was great , appetizer was really good but the chicken Alfredo with chicken fritta was not my favorite . The Alfredo sauce was not flavorful and creamy so I traded my entree for her chicken scampi which was much lighter and flavorful. We both were happy at the end and purchased some gift cards for Realtor grab bags

On a business trip to Brandon, FL, my daughter and I finished our chores at noon and were ready to return to our home in Sun City Center when we spotted an Garden Olive Garden Restaurant. "Lets do lunch" she said as I pulled into the parking lot. From the number of cars in the lot I assumed we would be in for a long wait. Much to our surprise, as we walked in the door we were greeted warmly and escorted to our table. Our lunch was a Five Star experience. True to form, the hallmark breadsticks and salad were a great start to the meals we ordered but the customer service rendered by Shelby, made our lunch a memorable experience. Her explanation of the meals we ordered were on the mark. Her service and utter courtesy, explained why this large eating establishment had wall to wall diners. Management at this Olive Garden must have instilled the importance of customer service to the staff who seemed able to serve a full house while making you feel like you are the only table they have been assigned. They even had a fine selection of wine. When one of the managers named Drew stopped to inquire about how our dining experience was, we certainly gave him many accolades for our visit. It's not on the beaten path for us but we are planning a return visit

It's been years since I last visited Olive Garden, but I recently went for a birthday dinner in the late afternoon. The food was reasonably good for the price--nothing extraordinary, but satisfying. The service was excellent, and the cozy ambiance made for a pleasant dining experience. The real standout, though, was the margarita--it was absolutely the highlight of the meal!

Chicken Alfredo: 1/5, sauce is not enough. Dry everything

It's been a little less than a year since I've been to Olive Garden and I was craving the beef tortellini so we decided to go. We were seated first in a booth and then was told that our server wanted to move us into another room to a table with no booth available even though there were plenty. That was a strange move. Looked at the menu, no need tortellini in sight, just the chicken. I thought I was mistaken but the server confirmed with me that it is no longer on the menu. I couldn't believe it, why the menu change?! So I went with the chicken Alfredo with the chicken being crispy and there was NOT enough sauce so my pasta was dry, servers barely came and most of them were on their phones. Horrible experience and definitely not worth the trip to Olive Garden ever again. Carpet smells and still noisy, I would not return. Nothing is worth it there anymore.

Great food and a staple in the Italian food industry. They have improved throughout the years and their tiramisu is the best.

But once checked in everything went well. We were a party of 13 after the Gasparilla Children's Parade. We were starving so no pictures. My husband had the Pork Chop Capricicosa, it was perfectly cooked and delicious. I had the the linguine carbonara, it was one of the best I've had, the pasta was crunchy cooked right, nice amount of pancetta, really top notch. We had 6 children with us, that had salmon, spaghetti and meatballs and the pizza. They all were teenager and preteen approved. The chicken parm and gnocchi bolognese were nice portions and the chicken was pounded thin and crispy with just the right amount of sauce and cheese. The bolognese was savory and a touch sweet. Truly the meals were wonderful. They are only beer and wine, and both are limited choices. We had the limoncello cake and chocolate mousse cake, they were just the right amount. The staff, our servers, and the customer service was on point. They were gracious and flexible with our orders. I highly recommend

This restaurant is only open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5-10pm. I have no idea how they make it. Now, the inside is super duper tiny. The second you walk in you almost run over the hostess stand. Then, there's maybe 10 tables inside. Up first they bring you free bread. The bread isn't homemade, and tastes like the same bread you can get at a thousand other Italian restaurants. I tried the $8.50 bruschetta. It is a monster portion. However, it's just regular bread with regular tomatoes on top. No special spices, no special ingredients. Very plain and boring. For my entree, I had half Linguine al Pesto and half Penne alla Rustica. Oooooof again. The linguine pesto was watery. I could barely even taste the pesto. It was like swallowing wet noodles plain. Maybe the worst pesto dish I've ever had, and I love pesto. The penne was better, but once again it didn't taste any different that one you'd order from Fazoli's. Overall, underwhelming. The pasta tastes straight out of a box from Publix. No cocktails here. The only positive is that portion sizes are huge. I think a half size is plenty for most people. Also, there is some good people watching if you can sit at a table in the window. I won't be back.
