I ordered lunch online using their curbside pick up option. The instructions state to call the restaurant with provided number when you're outside. A guy answered the phone and claimed, even though it says it on the website, they dont offer curbside delivery. There's even a big sign when you pull up that says curbside delivery. He said he'd do me a favor however and have someone bring it out. If its not a service you want to offer, you have a very odd way of showing it. I recently dined at PF Chang's with a small group of four, opting for the $20 Chef's Choice deal which has select options.The meal began with a salad that was fresh and enjoyable. Next, we had the chicken lettuce wraps, which were mediocre at best. My entrée was the spicy chicken with white rice, and it was just okay--nothing remarkable. Service was a mixed experience. Despite making a reservation for 8 PM, we weren't seated until 8:30 PM, which was quite frustrating. However, once seated, our server was excellent and very attentive. I recently had a business lunch at PF Changs. The food was good and came out quickly. We started with the lettuce wraps, which has always been a favorite of mine. I always order these as an appetizer. The appetizer was served with romaine lettuce, instead of the normal iceberg lettuce that I have had in the past. This made it difficult to make a true wrap, so this was a bit disappointing. Hopefully this was a one off situation and they will have the iceberg lettuce at my next visit. Maybe they just ran out of the iceberg that day. At any rate, the wraps were as delicious as always and we finished the plate. My Chicken with Broccoli was very tasty and the vegetables were fresh and cooked to perfection. The sauce is a ginger-garlic that I found very flavorful. I ordered the main entree vs. the lunch special as I find that the lunch special is not enough for me. However, I can say that I did have leftovers. I upgraded and got the fried rice, which I prefer over the standard white rice. Service was good. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The food came out pretty quickly even though there were several other tables in the restaurant. I have had several business lunches here and I think it is a good place to have a meal with colleagues. The restaurant layout seems like the typical PF Changs that I have visited in other parts of the country. You definitely get that feel of the Orient after sitting down. We did not feel at all rushed as the lunch crowd was not too busy during the middle of the week. Previous visits on a Friday have been busier. After some retail therapy we came in here to see how long the wait would be in comparison and there was no wait at all so we stayed lol. I ordered the espresso martini and tried to doctor it up a bit but it wasn't to my liking unfortunately. I also got the teriyaki chicken which was good just not as saucy as I would have wanted. Meh. Never been here before, so I thought I would try it out since I like American-Chinese food. I was happy to find they serve Coke. Everywhere (just about) in Buffalo serves Pepsi. My California heart loves a good Coke. I started with the chicken lettuce wraps. They weren't bad but they weren't great either. Like I said at the beginning, meh. The sauce they served on the side was very thin and watery and it should've been thicker. More like a sweet-and-sour sauce consistency. For the main dish I had the Kung Pao chicken lunch bowl. It's supposed to be a spicy dish but spicy stuff is never spicy enough for me. Well, to be honest i tend to like such spicy stuff that I usually can't detect any spice when others say something has quite a kick, so I asked for it "extra extra extra spicy". It was hardly spicy at all. But the server brought me some chili paste, chili oil, and chili flakes so I was able to make it spicy enough. The service was friendly. Nothing special but it was acceptable so no complaints. The food however was like cheap takeout. Next time I'll just get cheap takeout and skip the expense. I won't go back. read more

Good thing we did because it was pretty busy for a Sunday night and there were a good amount of people waiting for a table. I ordered the chicken lettuce wraps. They were delicious and exactly how I remembered them. Overall the service was good and everyone's good looked wonderful. Theater only thing I'll point out is that they seemed to have some supply issues. One person's stir fry had scallions and almost no variety of veggies. My lettuce wraps used romaine lettuce leaves and not butter lettuce like they usually service. The response was timely and I appreciate their accountability.* This review is for a catering order that was just under $400. I placed my order SIX DAYS in advance. The website says you can order up to two hours in advance. Upon picking up the order my boyfriend double checked it to be sure we received everything as ordered. He was told "the catering person" didn't get the wire racks and sterno and we would be compensated in some way. Well, the full charge went through and no deduction or compensation. So here we are. The food was good at first, but since they didn't provide wire racks and sterno as ordered it just sat out and got cold. VERY disappointed to say the least. The worst part is I chose PF Chang's over local Chinese restaurants ONLY because they were providing us with the racks and sterno! When my orginal take out plan fell through for a different restaurant, I decided to order a simple thing as a cup of Wonton soup. I do understand the weekends can be a busy place for any restaurant, sadly this simple process was a nightmare. I had to call twice, prior to even getting a takeout specialist to take my order. The ordering process went smoothly, the pickup time for a cup of soup was a joke, considering I called around almost 8 pm, well after the dinner rush. If I wouldnt have been hungry, as I was, I would have never placed the order, intially it was for 25 minutes, when I arrived at the resturant it was another 15 minutes roughly. The pickup process for take out was chaotic and unorganized. I was there this past Saturday 4/2/22; I overheard the manager, tell someone that had reservations, for what sounded like a birthday for there daughter, the system overbooked us....really??? Your a restaurant manager and thats your excuse....I do hope the restaurant discounted or gave them free food for their extra long wait time. In addition, well waiting for my take out, overheard the manager tell an older couple, it was a 2 hr wait, unless they wanted to sit at the bar, that was at 8: 30 pm.... During my arrival, I actually had a brief encounter with the manager, when I told her I was there to pick up my take out and my name, " I'm sorry, your going to have to wait for a take out specialist", to have to speak with two other people, before they finally had found the person , cashed me out, to only wait even longer. The Wonton soup was overall a disappointment, lack flavor, and had more broth then anything. PF Changs used to have a higher quality of standards, and better service years ago. My advice you may want to think twice, prior to dining here or have a lot of time on your hands to wait around.... read more

Crispy chicken was tasty, fried Brussels sprouts were fire, lettuce wrap was great, phad thai was ok, we ordered the sea bass and the first one was super moist (sliced like butter) we ordered a second one and it was tough to cut. Happen to be at G-mall, and our appetites for Chinese food was craving, decided to have a lunch here, probably the 2nd or 3rd time. Interestingly, the cook went missing, maybe celebrating Bills' huge win over patriots or something else. So we had those specially made by the manager! It turns out was too bad, lettuce wrap was on point, ribs and shrimps were tasty. Kids almost had their lo mein and fried rice gone. Picked P.F. Chang's for my birthday dinner. Service right from the start was bad. Our waitress, Aryanna, was passing our table on her way to the kitchen with a dirty dish. She told me she had to take that back there and would be right back. She came back 10 minutes later. Took our full order. It took a while to get our pop and iced tea. Someone else brought out our appetizer. Then we got our food. She did come once to ask if our food was okay. We were finished eating and sat there waiting to see her again so we could ask for the check and boxes. She was no where in sight. Another lady, who I'm assuming was a manager came to our table and asked how everything was. We told her the food was delicious and we were just waiting for our waitress so we could tell her we needed boxes and our check. She said she would let her know. We sat there for quite a while still. We finally got the boxes and told her we just needed our check. She disappeared again. The manager came back and asked if we wanted dessert. I said no, my husband said yes because it was my birthday(which he wasn't supposed to mention because I really hate having that kind of attention). So we told her what we wanted and we wanted it to go. She said she would let our waitress know. Around 15 minutes later our waitress brought the desserts, on plates! We told her they're supposed to be to go. She said oh yeah, I'll be right back. She said they were going to comp one of the cakes for my birthday. She finally came back with the desserts and the check. We were charged for both desserts(no big deal) but it was just another thing that showed she was distracted from her job. She was only waiting on 2 other tables behind us and those people were finished and gone midway through our meal. She spent most of the time we were there in the back. My girlfriend and I decided to try this place for her birthday not bad at all for a chain restaurant. The glass noodles were delicious definitely a must try , the orange chicken was crispy with the orange glaze just clinging to it but the best dish in my opinion was the mongolian beef which was melt in your mouth tender the green onion complemented the beef which also had a little sweetness to it guessing from the sauce it was stir fry in. I was pretty impressed with my meal overall here. We walked in without a reservation on a Sunday night and only had to wait around 5-10 min to be seated. We started with the crab wonton, which was a bit different than what i'm used to. There was less cream cheese and I actually prefer more. The dynamite shrimp was really good - the sauce especially. For mains we got a lot of the popular items: crispy honey chicken, mongolian beef, sesame chicken and chilli green beans. The flavour of everything was pretty good in its own way and the beans were one of my favourite parts of the meal. The only issue is that the portions are very small for the price. With 4 people we finished all that food with no leftovers so you would need to order a lot for a bigger group. read more

There was a 2hr+ wait at the Cheesecake Factory, so my family wanted to give PF Changs at Walden Galleria a try. Went with my family of 11, and we were seated separately - one table of 7 and the other table (not connected) had 4 people. They wouldn't allow us to connect the tables. They insisted on charging us 20% tip on each bill because we were still considered a group ??? Sure, a 20% tip is reasonable if we were actually seated as a group or even within a reasonable distance where we could have a conversation with the other people seated separately, but that wasn't the case. I have lived in Buffalo all my life and never tried P.f. chang's so my partner and I decided to try it for a last minute date night. We walked in and only had to wait about 10-15 minutes to be seated. The inside is low lit and really sets the mood. You can sit at the bar if you'd like. The server was so attentive and helpful when deciding what to eat. I ended up getting Sesame chicken and my partner got Sweet & Sour chicken. It was delicious! My only complaint was that when I received my drink, the strawberry on top was clearly molded. The server did apologize and refund, but I was left wondering what else did not get checked for mold...
