This location is inside the Galleria Mall in Buffalo, New York. The overall vibe of the restaurant when you walk in is classy and it was a little busy when we arrived around dinner time. I ordered the chicken fried rice and it was very good! I tried some of my friend's pad thai and I would highly recommend, the flavor surprised me with how good it was. The idea of P.F. Chang's is such an odd concept to me. They are obviously not authentic enough for me as I grew up eating Asian food but at the same time, they can't seem the nail the American Chinese food either. I do like their chicken lettuce wraps, but that's about it. I've also had their string green beans and sesame chicken. The portions were small and the food seemed to be undercooked. I know PFC is supposed to be a fancier and classier place but the prices are way too high for the quality of the food. read more

We ordered takeout to be picked up at 5:30. They have never been less than 20 minutes late for our take-out. The food was disappointing. I ordered Mongolian Beef, which came with no sauce and it was the smallest and most overcooked order I've ever seen and they forgot the fried rice. The Honey chicken was far better, but just good and they remembered the fried rice. The chicken and lettuce wraps are nothing like they used to be so we'll pass on them. Dinner with Chang was more of a fizzle than a bang. To many good restaurants for me to waste my appetite here again. PS... they appear to use MSG flavor enhancer which really ruined my evening with a stomach ache. read more

We haven't been here is awhile and there menu has changed. Also no chop sticks. It is now geared toward family style. Same good food but served differently. Its 25 for a dish that you share and includes rice. You can still order individual entrees for 14.95. There was plenty of food. Soup is also family style, bowl serves 6 people. We chose cups because we wanted different soups. we shared our entree with lettuce wraps. We took half of the food home. Not sure if I like this change unless you are with a large group and order 2 or 3 entrees to choose from. But with just 2 people you either want the same food or pay more. Service was terrible and so was the food. My husband and I were celebrating a milestone birthday and the server knew it. My food came out and tasted terrible. Was supposed to be spicy and all I tasted was sugar. Quality used to be much better. We had a large table and spent way too much for such a horrible experience. I told my waitress that the food was terrible and not spicy and she just took my meal away and didn't offer to have it remade or order something else. Waiters also came very close multiple times to dumping food on my table. All in all it was a horrible way for both my husband and I to spend our birthdays. The hubby and I went on a little taste test of the different restaurants at the galleria mall. This is one we have been wanting to try for a while. I was a bit disappointed. It took so long to get our food. There weren't many people there so I'm not sure why. Our glasses went empty most of the night. Our server was very busy flirting with the bar tender most of the time. The restaurant was in disrepair. The seats were falling off the bench. The walls were all torn up. It was half painted. I understand they may be doing a remodel but this was just horrible looking. The bar tender was leaving all the ingredients out on the counter as well. It didn't seem like it should be that way. Not friendly. Not clean. No atmosphere. It gets a two because some of the food was good. But it cost almost $100 for two people. Definitely not worth it. read more

I love this place. I didn't judge on authenticity because who goes to a chain mall Chinese restaurant expecting authenticity? But I do judge on taste and yet again I'm impressed with PF Changs. I admittedly only come here when they have deals because I'm a sucker for places that have promotions running and will visit them accordingly; and I'm quite proud of my savings. They were running a promotion for their longlife noodles and shrimp dish ($16+) free with any entree purchase. I ordered the chicken fried brown rice and got the noodles alongside all for $10 (plus tip of course). Meal lasted me a day and a half which you can not beat. And everything was delicious. I would order here weekly if they ran promotions like this. The wait staff was nice and accommodating and refilled water and checked on my needs plenty of times. PF Changs has become a staple in my dining out rotation. The restaurant earns its 5 stars by giving great bang for your buck otherwise they would earn a high 3 which I would round up to a 4. read more

Ordered with the office for lunch 5/12/22 Was cold when arrived. Wonton soup. Unknown rating. Broth good. Wontons good by themselves. The soup as a whole was not good. the other ingredients didn't really blend well in the soup. The water chestnuts maybe needed to be soaked in the broth for flavor, the chunks of ingredients just didn't blend well. Dumplings 3/10. Overpriced. I don't think the 5 dumplings are worth $11. I would say $7 is good- max. Asked for fried. I was hoping they would be crispy like a gyoza (I know that's not possible in a pan really so idk why I thought that), but it's just fried on the bottoms and I feel like I'd like it to be more crispy. They were very soft and chewy and almost rubbery. Flavor is good though as well as the dipping sauce. Lo mein 1/10. Worst lo mein I've ever had. Extremely flavorless and plain. Noodles were also pretty chewy/ rubbery. Chicken was cooked well though. Lettuce wrap. Unknown rating. Very messy but flavorful! They give a lot of lettuce read more

I'm a pretty big fan of this place. I've always enjoyed their food. It's good quality for a good price. But I can excuse terrible service. We had to wait for a seat despite there being many available tables. I know that in some places staffing is an issue but with the amount of different people who came out our of their kitchen to deliver food I doubt it's an issue here. Our server was extremely mopey and really gave off the I don't want to be here vibe. He also had several piercings including a bracelet that appeared to be an arm piercing. I don't care what you do with your body but at work things like that seem extremely unprofessional. The food is good but your should probably just get take out as the staff really seems like they could care less. read more

Ordered Dynamite shrimp and fried rice along with a bottle of large Fuji water which is $6 and a regular CUP of coffee is about $5 ?!?!.( not a pot ) I was very surprised by the price of coffee - just a regular cup of coffee , nothing special like Starbucks hand crafted coffee but it costed much much more , why ? I understand everything is going up , but a cup ? And they did not offer the refill either . Ordered food for a pick-up. Even though I did not specifically add curbside when I ordered when asked for curbside delivery upon arrival, I was told they can't accommodate. I have 6 month old twins so parking and taking them is not super easy. Order a as for 6:30pm pick up. After waiting for almost 45 min and three calls into the restaurant food was finally ready. Unfortunately tip was added automatically so ended up giving a tip for less than horrible service. Go somewhere else. Service is horrible, food too salty and generic and way overpriced. The hostess station was a bit disorganized but once we got seated everything was perfect. The server was very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. They have several vegan options on the menu including dessert - fried bananas and berries! (minus the ice cream). They should offer coconut milk ice cream for that!!! :) read more

We got into the restaurant, and had to wait 20 minutes before anyone noticed up. After 20 minutes, we were given a menu for takeout. Waited at the front desk to order, and took another 20 minutes for someone to take our order. Between that 20 minutes, one server was at the front with their back turned towards us. She helped served another two customers who arrived after us before leaving again, for the 3rd time. Only when she came back the fourth time, we had to call for her attention to order. I got the Mongolian Beef, which on the menu, stated that it serves 2. I don't think this photo of it would serve two. Definitely overpriced at $24. Also, after I tasted the beef, it was very bland. I come here often to accommodate my partners gluten allergy. it is the only Chinese food they can eat. The service was fine, and so was the restaurant. The food just isnt that good. I am glad they can be so helpful in regards to GF, but it's just not good. Under seasoned, the vegetables are never cooked, and a far cry from average Chinese (American) style cooking. P.F. Chang's is an Americanized Chinese food chain. The food wasn't bad and the interior design was beautiful. It was very spacious and there was plenty of seating available on a Thursday afternoon. We had booth seats that were very comfortable. They offer two forks, a spoon and a pair of chopsticks; I only used the chopsticks. The waiter was kind and attentive. She made sure we were doing great and enjoying our food. She came back to check on us about four times during our visit, excluding the times we ordered and asked for the check. The dynamite shrimp is an amazing appetizer to start with. It was deliciously sweet and not too salty. The Chang's spicy chicken wasn't really spicy, but still okay. The Mongolian beef was also pretty good as well. Tasted like any other americanized Chinese food I've had. Even though the food was pretty good, I don't think the portions were worth the price. In addition, the white rice that was served, which is complimentary with the food, was dry. All in all, P.F. Chang's has okay food, but the portion you get most likely isn't worth the price. read more

Ambiance fine, except we were seated near the server hangout and could hear them the whole time chitter chatting. Okay fine, waitress started out well with the intro although we had been sitting for a long bit before being addressed. It was extremely slow in there. Food came promptly however. Server checked on us but only when we first received our food and not after we had tried it. There was a giant curly hair in my Buddhist feast.... Ew. When the server came back finally she brought boxes and I was so over it that I just paid and left. Sooo basically I paid $97 dollars to have hair in my meal and not get checked on. I just left a 20 tip anyways since it's Christmas and I don't want to be a grinch. Also why I won't mention the server by name. As I do think in general she is probably a sweet girl. Came to eat here for my friend birthday! The venue is nice we got to sit in a nice booth it was very comfortable. Our waitress told us beforehand that they were behind in the kitchen so we would be waiting 30+ minutes for our food. REASONS WHY ALL RESTAURANTS SHOULD GIVE BREAD lol. Yesterday while traveling home from Ohio I placed an order at 3 o'clock for a 6 o'clock pick up. We got there after driving for about 4 hours, exhausted and hungry... I called and they said "sorry it'll be another 15-20 minutes". We waited half an hour, I called again "sorry it'll be at least another 30 minutes"... at that point I told them I couldn't really wait any longer because I had a toddler and another hours worth of travel, so they connected me to a manager who said "idk what to do other than offer you a refund". The restaurant is basically being run by three women doing the seating, serving, bartending... It took longer to wait for a seat than to have the food prepared for us. The lunch bowls are perfect for lunch and left me stuffed. It was hard picking one though as the menu was only on your phone and didn't have photos. The woman stopped over 3 times while we ate, but then we waited 20 min for her to bring the check. It was very confusing how their attentiveness worked and who was taking care of who. Went here with my parents on Friday and had a great time! Our waiter, whose name I cannot remember unfortunately, was awesome. He was funny, informative, and attentive when he needed to be. We were never wondering where he was, even though it was Valentine's day and the restaurant was busy. My mom and I shared the Valentine's special and both had the Korean Bulgogi steak dinner. It was delicious!! Highly recommend it and hope Chang's keeps it on their menu. If you haven't had their coconut mojito, try it! So good. The only dissapointment was the appetizer. We ordered the lettuce wraps and it was mostly the fried rice noodles. The great Wall of chocolate cake was amazing! read more

Was there at the Galeria mall today. Will not be back. Our food was cold, probably because our waiter was too busy looking out for the 3 tables that came in after us, got their food before us. It wasn't until another waiter heard me say that I think ours forgot about us when he said he would go check on our food, and he brought it out to us. Then when our wiater was boxing up the other tables food we flagged him over and asked for boxes, he dropped the boxes and the check off at the table and that was the only 2 times he came over to us. I don't know why but it seemed like we were an inconvenience. Our check was $93. I usually leave a 22% tip, but today I left him $15. And he didn't even deserve that.
