PF Chang at Ft Lauderdale has a very pleasant setting. You can dine outside ( and is not by the outside street ) or inside with AC. The service is very good. However the good is not as good as other PF Chang ; the rice was under coked I. The miso glaze salmon ( it is served with very little sauce and there are no soja sauce bottles at the table), the soup lacks favor, the key lime desert was very good, althought is made with lots of cream. They have lunch special for $14.99 ( selection of entrees and main course selection) and dinner special is $17.99 The servings are not abundant and you cannot request more rice. They have free parking. For birthdays they do provide a free dessert and festive candle wich is very nice. read more

I ordered Pad Thai and it came with the noodles... not cooked. How can you serve this with uncooked noodles? I just didn't eat them. Looking for a Happy Hour place I remembered about their all day/everyday happy hour and decided to give it a try. They have both drinks and a couple of appetizers available on their happy hour menu. This time, the lettuce leaves were Romaine lettuce, usually they used Iceberg lettuce. I asked Nia, my server about the change and she said that they had just changed them a few days ago.....I liked the change. They were nicely shaped to take the chicken mixture and the rice. The food for me however fell a bit flat. We ordered from the chefs menu special. 3 course pre-fix situation. Salad, lettuce wraps which actually never came out, and For my main course I ordered the lomein which was dry and had some of the tiniest shrimp I've ever saw. Ordered P.F. Chang's Fort Lauderdale through Uber Eats and this was a disaster from start to finish. Half my order was missing and the crab rangoon tasted old and stale, like it had been sitting for hours. I called the restaurant and they told me to call Uber Eats. Uber Eats told me to call the restaurant. Total runaround. Customer service with Uber Eats is a joke--FYI they don't even accept American phone numbers. I tried calling 12 times and couldn't get through until I typed in a random Chinese phone number, and then magically my call was accepted on the first try. Then they told me to call the restaurant... again. What a scam. I'm out $60 for ONE entrée and an appetizer. No resolution, no customer service, no accountability.
