Being new to the Omaha area we took a recommendation. We went there for late lunch and it was not busy at all. I love soup so I had bowl of wonton soup and Chicken Pai Thai. My husband had sweet and sour seafood dish (Hawaii 5-0) . I usually do not complained but it was the worst food I have had in a very long time. My soup was a thin broth with pieces of meat ,few vegetables, and strips of noodles( I did not see or taste one wonton.) My Pai Thai tasted like mush noodles in cheap bottle pasta sauce with cheese ( I never had Pai Thai like that) with chopped peanuts and limp noodles on top. I only tasted it, did not eat it at all. My husband's Sweet and Sour had an "off taste" and he did not finish it. My husband said I was being too picky and we took home my dish. When my husband tried to eat it for dinner he agreed with me and it went in the garbage. Sorry it was a waste of my money and time. I will not go there again or recommended this restaurant. read more

So today I went to P.F. Chang's and got terrible service. I was at the end of the table and he skipped over me every time and ignored me every time I went to say something. Yes, I will be coming back but no I will not be getting treated like this again. This is so annoying and I was there for at least 30 mins before I got my drink. We hadn't been here for years. It is NOT the same as it once was. They changed the recipe for Tofu lettuce wraps. It was chunks not ground tofu. Not nearly as good. I had to send my Orange Peel chicken back it was so salty it was inedible. They did make it right for us. The honey chicken was good. For the price Jasmine rice instead of Uncle Ben's would be nice. On 10312023, I ate lunch there. I had not been here for 10 - 15 years but had remembered it being an exceptional dinning experience. Well apparently that has changed SIGNIFICANTLY! The service sucked, I stood out on the floor for over five minutes before someone came out from the back of the restaurant, I actually thought that maybe they were closed, not another sole in the place. I ordered Kung Pao Chicken and fried pork dumplings. The dumpling were very bland and the sauce tasted like it was missing ingredients. the Kung pao was not fresh and clearly was just reheated. The sauce was coagulated as when you heat Chinese food the day after. The only thing fresh was the rice............. I think! horrible! Perhaps it would have been worth it if they weren't charging fine dining prices which this clearly wasn't. I dont know who owns this know but clearly it has gone significantly down hill! skip it and find yourself a mom and pop Chinese restaurant and you will be much happier at a far better price read more

We were visiting the area for a graduation and so happy to see there was a P.F. Chang's. We sat on the patio and our server Maddison was amazing! She spent the time to talk to us about the menu, the COVID precautions and was genuinely interested in why we where in town. Our meal was wonderful as were our cocktails. After our meal we asked her about attractions in the area and she was very knowledgeable. We never felt pushed, neglected or bad for asking for help. Thank you Maddison for making our experience wonderful. We will definitely be back next t time we visit. read more

Love the atmosphere here, upscale for most Oriental restaurants. The service was great, our waiter was very attentive! The portions were fairly large, we shared The Crispy Honey Shrimp and the Orange Shrimp. The Honey Shrimp was so good and flavorful, the Orange Shrimp was good but nothing like the other one. We had a nice dinner and enjoyed the nice surroundings with my husband's mother. She had the Lobster and Shrimp Fried Rice. It was huge! Tonight the eight of us went here to celebrate my daughters birthday. It was her choice. We have not been here for a couple of years. The food is not the same. The lettuce wrap was not as flavorful. The sauce comes out already mixed instead of you mixing at the table. Remember that? The crab wontons were the same dull, and almost curdled inside instead of creamy. They had chunks of green pepper and chive. The chili sauce they were laying on was flavorful. I ordered the kung pao shrimp. This is the only thing I ever order. The breading was thicker and not even adhered to the shrimp. Just a guess but the breading had changed. The shrimp were no longer crunchy nor was the dish spicy as indicated on the menu. Very few peanuts which kept the two pieces of celery company. The brown rice had also changed. The rice used to be coarser and even had the whole kernel in it. Moist and flavorful. This was dry and dull. Needless to say the place has changed and based on the dining room clientele we are not the only ones who have noticed. I have to give the waitress a shoutout for attentiveness in the beginning but that trailed off as the meal progressed. I am pretty sure we won't come back unless our daughter asks too. The food is mediocre. That is the beauty of Omaha, you can go to a different restaurant every night and never go to the same one in a year. read more

I ate there this evening and the experience was less than desirable. To begin with I walked in at 6:50 and they told me they had no table for a single person and took my phone number and asked me to wait outside for 10 minutes which quickly turned into 25 minutes. I then went back inside and the greeter told me she tried to call and text me but I never received anything. After I was seated it took me almost 15 minutes to get an 8 ounce margarita. I subsequently found out they charged me $11.50 for it. My servers name was Kayla and I could not hardly hear anything she said because she mumbled. The only thing good about it was the food. After the experience of waiting and waiting and the margarita costing $11.50 I will never eat there again and I will recommend my friends don't go there. read more

I know that P.F. Chang's is a ConAgra Food Brand affiliate but when coerced into going there after not having it for 12+ years I felt like the entire menu is just overpriced, over sauced TV dinners. I was Shanghaied by the Shanghai noodles, the WonTon soup tasted like hotdog water and was sans wonton, and the staff seemed like they were trying to make up for the bad "food" with their two hostesses that sat us together and no it was not training day. I'd give a minus one if I could and can only hope this chain dies on their own sword the way a disgraced samurai would. read more

The turnaround time from seating to someone coming for our drink orders was about 45 seconds, and 45 seconds later I had my Cherry Coke in hand. The food was to DIE for. And the Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch was amazing. It was an amazing visit, and the manger gave both my mom and I $10.00 off purchase of $40.00 or more gift cards since it was our first visit. For over a decade I have been trying to avoid eating @ P F Changs. Finally gave in when the customer insisted we go. This is truly the pinnacle of American butchering insult to Chinese cuisine. Everything is over-salted with boat-loads of grease and soy sauce mixed into a starchy mess. The Kung Pao chicken looks like it's soy-mummified mickey D's chicken nuggets re-fried in pork lard or something. The Lo-Mein has nothing to do with chinese noodles but some strange spagetti drowned in grease. *Best* of all I got a lecture from the well-intentioned waitress on how to mix yellow mustard with Soy sauce so I could drench it over my white rice!!! If you really hate yourself and want a quick heart attack, go to PF Changs~! Some of you might say "What? This guy gives a rave review of Top Cafe but disses the almighty PF Changs?" Absolutely. The likes of Top Cafe serves rough authentic "Cha Chan Teng" food, PF Chang offers sub-par Sino American fare which is easily bested by Panda Express. Always seem to enjoy P.F Chang's. Today's experience was no different. Good setting for a business luncheon - enough "white noise" to provide some privacy. I parked on the north side and became aware of their decent patio space - might try that sometime this spring. I enjoyed the jicama street tacos. If you're making lunch of it, you'll want 4, not the 3 listed on the menu. They have a couple choices of filling, but the interesting part is the jicama shell. I was expecting jicama (water chesnut) inside the shell, but it WAS the shell. My mind was blown! Gives it a nice sweet crunch - which pairs well with the mild Asian heat that comes with both fillings. Very, very, interesting. Totally overrated. For 70 bucks, I fed four people. Very pricey considering what I did/didn't get. Lots of the West Omaha fake bake skanks and ridiculous douchebag juggalos (just google douchebag under google images if you need a true visual) hanging out there bragging about their Scion tc's. The food was very bland, and the service was borderline poor. It was very crowded. People rave about this place. Oh yeah, the same people that rave about this place rave about Taco Bell, Famous Dave's and Fazoli's! For less than half of the price, choose a local Chinese place and bring home 20 lbs of food. If you want to overpay for a meal and sit in a place that is crowded for no reason, you will love P.F. Chang's! read more

I've worked in restaurants for more than 10 years. I know all too well that things can go wrong at times. After all, everyone has bad days. One major difference between a decent restaurant and a great restaurant is that great restaurants acknowledge a problem and fix it to the customers satisfaction. The staff and management at this establishment fixed the issue and then went a step further and for that reason I will continue giving them my business...because we all have off days. Not to mention, the food was still outstanding. I don't pay much attention to reviews that criticize the food because it's "not authentic enough" or some b.s. This is America, not China. If you want more authentic Chinese food then go to a little hole in the wall Chinese restaurant with Chinese people who speak just enough english to take your order and process your bill (not bashing these kind of places, they serve great food). P.F. Chang's has great atmosphere and their food tastes great. I have yet to have bad service there even during my most recent visit when I waited much longer than I wanted to. They still went out of their way to make me happy and that is something that, as a patron, I greatly appreciate. read more

P.F. Chang's in Omaha is located right next door to the Cheesecake Factory at Westroads Mall, which should tell you right away how I feel about it. I have a serious problem paying this much for Chinese food, but most of what I have had here is edible, if not exciting. In thinking about this review, I realized how many times I've eaten here, and I am really embarrassed. I think part of the reason is that I have a number of vegetarian friends, and it seems like this is one place in town we can go for a meal where they don't have to order the same thing every time to avoid eating an animal. My frequent visits here should be further evidence that you probably shouldn't ever take my reviews seriously. read more

While I have never been disappointed by the food here, neither have I been impressed. Normally, eating at PF Chang's is a 5 star experience and something we do often. However, on Friday we went in for my birthday and were served raw chicken twice along with experiencing a whole slew of other issues. This is totally inexcusable and SO not like the PF Chang's I know and love. My birthday dinner was totally ruined but the manager did try to make things right and our waitress was fabulous as always. Being served raw poultry is a huge deal breaker for me so I'm unsure when/ if we will be back. read more

This is my 4th visit to this restaurant at the Crossroads location. I have never had lunch there so it was interesting if the service or speed of service would improve. The server gave us quick service. The food came out quickly compared to the past dinner time slowness. The only complaint I had was that the Korean stir fry chicken did not have the kimchee slaw as stated in the menu. When I pointed this out to the waitress, she pointed to my dish and said it was hidden in the chicken, to which it wasn't. She went back to the kitchen and brought me a cup of the kimchee slaw which wasn't as tasty as I imagined it would be. I probably wouldn't order this dish again and I'm sure the server will now be more cognizant of the kimchee slaw being visible on this dish. Overall, the experience was above average and not outstanding. read more

oh gosh. PF Changs is a decent stop for a chain. A bit higher price for a night out, but the ambiance is worth it. The dimly lit interior has been updated and feels fresh to this day. Admittedly, this was the first place I had tofu after years of being meat free. The Ma Po Tofu is fantastic. A sultry mix of broccoli mixes with spice and rice, white or brown. The tableside soy, mustard, chili is pretty cool, too. Except when you have been here before. Sometimes the staff seems like they are salivating for tips, but if you know what you want and don't let them do a spiel, they disappear. I am pretty simple when I come in here. Asahi beer, Ma Po Tofu. Coconut Curry (Wifle's fave), and sometimes the Vegetarian lettuce wraps. Those wraps are phenomenal. We had to ask to see the tofu package because we swore it was chicken. Alas, it was not. It is just that good. Stop by and get some food. You will be glad that you did and leave happy albeit with a lighter wallet. Totally worth it read more
