Good food, get the sushi boat! This was so fun and really good too! My kids loved it! Our waiter I wish I could remember her name -she was sweet and attentive. It's always nice to stop at P.F. Chang's. We usually get the mangolia beef, fried rice and orange chicken. I hope they continue to serve the sushi boat!

Lettuce Wraps...did the price go up?

We visit PF Chang's because we LOVE the Tofu Lettuce Wraps, and no matter how many times we try to recreate the recipe at home, it just doesn't taste the same...that being said, service is very high up on my list of priorities when eating out, and this visit missed the mark quite a bit. Upon arrival, there was a long, unnecessary wait at the podium while several employees were just standing around chatting. Once we were finally seated, we were served something closely resembling tap water...the taste was so bad we didn't even drink it. The service throughout was mediocre at best, and lettuce wraps overpriced for the serving portion making me wonder if they increased the price? While we do enjoy these lettuce wraps, sadly I don't think we'll be visiting again any time soon.

Came here after spring training game down the road... About 4:30pm on a Wednesday, plenty of seating upon arrival, the hostess appeared slightly overwhelmed. There was only 1 other party & door dash driver waiting, yet she couldn't handle that. Upon seating, Cynthia is our server. Cynthia is very pleasant & attentive, overall it feels like they don't staff accordingly. Cynthia had to take the drink order, take orders & provide the refills. Cynthia does a great job, I noticed there were busy not enough people to help. The food; (dinner specials) firecracker Shrimp with noodles, Mongolian Beef & Kung pao chicken was excellent! I liked the Pomogranite lemonade too. It's a nice restaurant, dress a little better people, dimly lit with plenty of tables.

We received a reward for BOGO at PF Chang's. We went tonight and everything was great! We have never come to this location. Loved the inside. Deep colors, mix of modern and older Asian artistic decor. Outside has the iconic Horses, which we love. Mongolian Tofu and Buddha's Feast with white rice and Lo Mein. Everything was Delicious! Kylie took care of us and she was terrific! Attentive, Friendly. All the staff, including the Manager were so attentive and personable. Really a great location and being offered the reward BOGO made everything that much better after a long, long work week! Great experience!

Ordered chicken fried rice with extra egg. There's no egg. But I paid for it. And the review says I must post x amount of words to be posted.

Look at the filth. Does this place get inspected?

Sat at the bar for early dinner, first thing I noticed was how dirty it was. There was a long sticky trail that ran the length of the bar. Dust on liquor bottles, decor. Mirrors were sloppily cleaned, fridge doors were covered in film. I had a residue on my wine glass. You could just see the filth. This bar isn't large. This bar needs a good cleaning. A scrub, attention to detail. It's located directly behind the hostess stand. The film on surfaces was similar to film on an oven vent. Just bad. Someone needs to pay more attention

Great lunch specials and fantastic service! For around $14 you can get a soup and lunch portion of one of their popular dishes. Our server was attentive and the key lime pie mini cheesecake is soooo good!

Went here yesterday and had an awful experience. I have been to so many PF Changs in CA, CO and Chicago and this is by far the worst one I've ever been to. We ordered our favorite drink the Mai Thai only to find out that they can't and won't make the original one. The new one has ingredients in it that I don't like so that was a huge disappointment. Then I had the chicken lettuce cups that were fine. However the side of green beans had the stems on them and were not appealing to the eye nor did they taste good. A person in my party ordered a shrimp dish and got very sick afterward. The manager was nice, but I could not believe that they couldn't just make the old original Mai Thai. I'm sure they can make speciality drinks. The whole experience was a major disappointment and a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this location nor would I ever be back.

Stopped in for happy hour (Monday-Friday, 3-6 PM, as listed on their website). The restaurant was pretty empty, making it a quiet spot to relax. The hostess was on the phone when we arrived but seated us promptly afterward in a spacious booth. The seats were a bit worn--you sink in a bit--but otherwise, the ambiance was clean, open, and calm. We kicked things off with a classic margarita ($8.99)--refreshing and delicious, just as expected. Unfortunately, we found out happy hour pricing is only available at the bar. (That should definitely be more clearly noted.) Thankfully, our server went above and beyond by speaking with the manager, who honored the happy hour pricing at our table. HUGE kudos for that! We ordered the iconic lettuce wraps, and they did not disappoint. The lettuce was crisp and fresh, and the chicken filling was flavorful with perfectly bite-sized pieces. A must-try every time! I also signed up for their rewards program and immediately got a FREE individual dessert. I went with the chocolate peanut butter cream pie--WOW!!! Creamy, rich, with the perfect touch of caramel to bring it all together. 15/10 recommend. Service throughout was excellent--fast, friendly, and attentive. We never had to wait long for drinks, food, or the check. Overall: A great visit. Delicious food, attentive staff, and a calm environment. If you're looking for something more lively, this location might feel a little too quiet--but if you're after a chill, tasty experience, this is it.

We walked into a COMPLETELY EMPTY restaurant. There was a man folding napkins and he said "sit anywhere!" Ooookay, so we sat at a booth, the RUDE waitress comes over to take our orders, "what you wanna order!?" Super aggressive! We order our usual. During that time I realized that it would be easier to eat at a round table so we could use the lazy Susan in the middle to easily reach our food. So we got up and we're going to move when the man who was folding napkins said "no! Wait for your waitress!" Waitress comes back and literally YELLED at us! Saying, "no!!! Sit at the booth!!" I tried explaining that the table would be too small and she continued to yell at me. I was on the verge of tears and didn't understand why she was so upset. Since we did not eat or drink anything, my husband said "let's go!" So we excused ourselves and left. The man folding napkins stood up and ran to the exit and started recording us. Not only was I scared, but my son started crying and my 70 year old mother began wheezing and breathing fast... they literally ran out of the restaurant as we were getting into our car and kept yelling & recording! I used to order $150-200 food EVERY MONTH!!! However we ALWAYS did pick up. Had I known how TERRIBLE THEIR SERVICE IS, I would neeeeeever have contributed to them!!! Absolutely horrible horrible hooooorible service! DO NOT GO HERE!! There are plenty other places to eat with better service!!! Huge pass and will never ever eeever return

Parking is very easy because they are at the end of a strip mall in a big parking lot. Our food was very fresh. Portions were very large. The chicken in our dishes was masterfully moist and very tender. The food is a very good value if you like it. We ordered the yui shan chicken and the garlic chicken combos (only around $1. more to get soup, crab puff, egg roll and an upgrade from white rice to fried rice.) Based on only trying two dishes my conclusion is that they serve Arizona Style American Chinese Food. It is far less complex, less flavorful, and much less spicy than east coast American take out Chinese Food. It's not bad food in anyway so if you are from Arizona it is very good food. We started eating at the restaurant but I got the idea that I could take the food home and improve it for my taste. The food stayed piping hot and it did taste much better with just a spoonful of chili crisp added more flavors and some needed heat. The people working there seemed very nice and the restaurant looked sparkling clean. 3 stars is a positive review and means A-OK on Yelp. I visited early in the afternoon - after the lunch rush - but still during the lunch hours. First, the greeting was very unfriendly. The server was distracted conversing with another server and paying little attention to our order. Absolutely zero friendliness. I felt I was an intruder! I ordered a Diet Coke. It was horrible. Obviously, the syrup was low so I had basically unflavored carbonated water. I had the lunch special for General Zso chicken. Zero taste. The egg roll was uninspiring. The egg drop soup was mediocre- at best. And, the entire restaurant was freezing. It was 110+ degrees outside. So, a cool place is welcomed. And I like the temperature cool - like, my home thermostats are set between 70 and 72 in the summer. But, the temperature in the restaurant was much, much colder. Simply, unpleasant experience. I left without eating my lunch. I had a taste of the Diet Coke, a bite of the chicken, a bite of the egg roll - and nothing else. This place made my list! (Of do not return)... and, I am on a continued search for a good Asian restaurant in the Phoenix area.

If you need to hold a conversation with someone, the music isn't too loud preventing that. Music was a mix, they did have "Golden" in the mix and ngl, I had to force myself not to sing along. They have lunch specials, even on Sundays. It's a great way to try a lot of options for cheaper. The lunch menu comes with a generous size entree, 2 scoops of fried rice, egg drop soup, a veggie spring roll and a fried cream cheese wonton. I got a few items, and we had so much food it's still in the fridge. Walnut shrimp was crispy, sauce wasn't overly sweet, nice crunch from the candied walnuts. You get a good portion. The shrimp was not overcooked. Yum. 8/10 Shrimp with lobster sauce, it was a little salty for me but had a nice mix of veggies, and the sauce didn't have too much cornstarch, so it wasn't gelatinous like at some places. Nice flavors though. Nothing overpowering. 6/10 Beef Chow Fun -not on the lunch menu but I literally get it at every Chinese place that has it. The rice noodles were not overcooked, beef was seasoned well and tender, not chewy. 10/10 would get that again. Hot and sour soup was pretty good. I could stand for it to have more "sour" to it. The flavors were a bit mellow for me. I like a more aggressively flavored hot and sour soup. Not bad though. 6.5/10 Mongolian beef. Nice tender beef, well cooked and seasoned. Good beef to onion ratio. 8/10. Chicken with mushrooms-saucy, full of veggies with a mild brown sauce. They had zucchini in it, and I love zucchini and mushrooms together.
