I don't know if I just choose the most basic things. I ordered 3 things. Beef pad siew, chicken egg rolls and Thai dumplings. The chicken egg rolls and Thai dumplings taste like they came from Costco. I was unimpressed. The kids liked them though. I'm The beef was mid. Noodles were decent texture. I got medium for the spice level. Not a lot of depth in flavor. The broccoli was cooked nicely. Didn't love it. Didn't hate it. For 12 dumplings, 2 chicken egg rolls and beef pad siew it was around $32. If I didn't have a protein in the pad siew I'd it would have been $4 less. Drinks are bottled only unless you ask for cups of ice water. Service was fine. They have a kiosk to order if you're feeling antisocial or you can order at the register. It was air conditioned to a good temp, which was nice bc it is hot and muggy outside. Maybe other things are better but I wasn't a fan. read more

The ambiance is nice, it's set up for you to pick and go hence the name but you still can sit down in there and enjoy yourself, it is just not a sit down restaurant vibe, more so of a Panda Express typa vibe. Used to frequent this place, the food is reasonably good for the price, but sometime in the last year they cut their serving sizes in half by changing containers. Not sure the value is there anymore since the prices stayed the same or went up depending on the menu item, but you are getting significantly less now. read more

We are very surprised of the 3 star ratings! This was the best Thai food I've had in a while! We ended up coming here twice during our vacation because we couldn't let go of the flavors we indulged in the first time. Even though they're to go they have a seating area where you can enjoy your food. the second visit we did take out and they food was still hot when we got back to our resort. (30 min drive) and even better tasting then before. The customer service was great and the employee there are super friendly. The food was very good. We had the Chicken Pad Thai, Yellow Veggie Curry, Khao Soi Soup with Chicken and Pork Pad Sew Iew. The spices and flavors were on point. The restaurant was inviting with clean restrooms. They were busy when we arrived and no one greeted us for 15 minutes. We had to stop a server and ask how long for seating. The server we had seemed like she didn't want to be there. She had a stoic look and rarely stopped at our table to see how we were doing. We had to asked her to bring us small plates to share our entrees and appetizers. We also asked on 2 separate occasions to bring us water. I had the drunken noodles and could barely eat it. I love Thai food but the food here tastes like it was made by someone who has only heard of Thai food but never eaten it. Would not recommend it to anyone. If you're craving Thai tea, however, it's actually tasty here. Just slightly sweeter than I'd prefer but that's a preference thing, not a factor that makes it inedible (like the salt). Representative said that Uber had not yet picked up the order and they had no control regarding this matter. Uber now has an estimated arrival time of 8:21! I actually really like this place like a lot lot. I go to this one (near my home) and the one on Camelback (near my work place) and the staff is always really laidback, happy, and polite. They seem to actually care that their customers are happy... hard to come by with anything fast now days. The business is running an excellent business model and I genuinely believe the people running these locations behind the scenes truly cares about their businesses success. The food is extremely good. And I can't complain about the super cool rewards program. Best of all this is another healthier fast food alternative option. Thai Chili 2Go is a casual Thai Restaurant chain. I went to the one in Peoria. We ordered on-line and out order was ready in around 20 minutes. I was surprised to find out that they are more than "To Go" because they do offer indoor dining and also had one table outside. We started with the dumplings. They were ok. I had the green curry "Hot" with chicken. They gave me a very large portion that was two meals for me. "Hot" here is like "medium from my local Thai Restaurants. Beside the chicken the Thai Chili 2Go version doesn't have many vegetables in it but really wasn't bad for fast food. My husband tried the spicy basil noodle. The noodles stuck together a little but it didn't taste bad. "Hot" was more like medium here. Worth a Try! Large portions and inexpensive. Better than most fast food. read more

Only complaint is that the curry at a hot level was barely spicy. They have a Thai hot which I will go with next time as I doubt it is very hot like real Thai places. Every single time my family has eaten here we have gotten explosive food poisoning. Not sure why this location specifically has this issue but there is something seriously wrong. We have tried the scottsdale location and never had an issue. Very disappointed. I ordered soup which had no flavor and was overcooked. In addition, I ordered Panang chicken curry which was very watery had way too many bell peppers in it and no flavor. Brought my fiancée in today to eat for a quick lunch, when we were pleasantly greeted by Ace. Ace took us through the rundown of the menu, let us know it was all fresh to order and we were not disappointed. As if TC2G wasn't enough of a reason to come back Ace definitely made us regulars to this location. We will be back here specifically the Peoria location. It is very clean and the service was quick and friendly . My fiancée was looking at the Thai tea and to our surprise Ace provided her with a taste! Needless to say we ordered one of those as well.
