We ordered delivery from this location on our girls trip in NY. We ordered the meal for 4 which included soup, a side, rice and 2 entrees. We had the lettuce wraps, bang bang shrimp, Mongolian beef, orange chicken, chicken fried rice and white rice (we added to the meal). Everything arrived fast, hot and was delicious. Our first visit last month wasn't the greatest. Our meals weren't hot and the chili peppers in my Kung Pao meal were burnt. We decided to visit again for lunch last weekend since we were at the mall shopping. We ordered the house-made pork egg rolls and vegetable spring rolls. I dined at PF Changs in Destiny Mall while I was Christmas shopping. My family and I had a wonderful server. Her name was Cindy. She greeted us warmly and was extremely attentive throughout our entire meal. I've dined at PF Changs a few times in the past several months and am always pleased when our table is assigned to Cindy. She suggests items from the menu and answers any questions we may have. The chicken lettuce wraps were delicious. Cindy always has a smile on her face, an upbeat attitude and her laugh is contagious. Food: The dish I got, Chicken Noodle Soup was delicious. It has a flavorful broth with a delightful kick of warm spice. It is perfect for a chilly night. They add a few blistered grape tomatoes which sounds odd but it works. My friends got lettuce wraps and honey chicken. The lettuce wraps were not a good as they have been at other PF Chang's but still decent. The honey chicken was more breading than chicken. I always feel bad leaving negative reviews but this place (at least on the night I was there) deserves it. Dirty silverware, dirty glasses, dirty plates, extremely slow service. To top it off when we were ready to leave, we waited 20+ min to get the check apparently our server had already cashed out and didn't tell anybody else to wait on us...so yeah. There are other chain restaurants around here, I recommend you consider one of them. read more

Been a while since we have been here. Brought a friend for his birthday because we wanted cocktails to celebrate and PF Chang has a good variety of Asian foods as well. Great decision! Our waiter Fonya was as fun and humorous as he was polite, available and efficient. The food was excellent, and the 6 layer chocolate heaven was huge and delicious for dessert. Tempura calamari was our appetizer served with a very good wasabi aioli. I had the Sea Salt and Pepper prawns with fried rice and the Asian Pear Mojito which was amazing. Birthday guy had Sesame chicken with a Tokyo Mule, all of which disappeared. I had leftovers saving room for dessert. We barely dented the "Great Wall of Chocolate" so he took the remainder home. Was a fun and enjoyable meal. When we return we will ask for Fonya again! SO I forgot to finish this review and we returned for my birthday and Fonya was again our server! Such a fun and enjoyable experience that did not disappoint. Best chain restaurant in CNY! This place is located on the first floor of the Canyon area in Destiny Mall. There is plenty of seating. They have daily specials! I came on a Tuesday and their special was a $5 mai Thai and a $10 pad thai. They call it their Thai Tuesday special. Wednesdays are wine days. I came ordered 6 Cecilia's shrimp dumplings off of the dim sum section, lobster avocado rolls off of the sushi menu, kung pao dragon roll off of the sushi menu, and crispy avocado rolls off of the appetizer menu. The mai thai was good but didn't look like their advertised photo. It was on the strong side, as most mai thais are. The avocado rolls were a newer menu item. For dessert I had the banana fried spring rolls with coconut pineapple ice cream and the Vietnamese chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream. We asked the waitress what made it Vietnamese and she guessed chocolate. After googling it, I learned that it was the fact that it had a slight hint of coffee. I think it's a pretty far stretch to call it Vietnamese just because it has coffee in it. I don't know if they used regular coffee, chicory coffee, or actual Vietnamese coffee (with the chicory coffee with condensed milk). The fried banana dessert was delicious and is something I'd definitely order again. I loved the coconut ice cream that was paired with it. They also had mini desserts for under $4. They gave free fortune cookies at the end as well with fun PF Chang facts. The lobster avocado rolls didn't have an Asian or classically sushi flavor to it. I think the lobster was flavored with bay seasoning so the entire thing tasted unusual for me. The kung pao dragon roll was more up my flavor palette but was slightly too spicy for me. The shrimp dumplings were good but would have been better if they were served at a hotter temperature. The crispy avocado rolls were alright. They had edamame inside that I didn't care for. They pack less flavor than the avocado fried spring rolls at Cheesecake Factory. The food presentation was really great. They forgot to bring out our drink so the drink came out after our food. Prior to this experience, I've been to PF Chang's once in California around 10 years ago. I do like how many new menu items. I wish more of their desserts, other than the banana fried rolls one, were Asian-inspired. read more

Stopped here for lunch with the family and gf, place was really good! Really nice inside, our server was good for the party we had. The lady and I split the Avocado Rolls which were marvelous, dipped in like a sweet and sour type sauce! It's just a step above your typical Chinese takeout, but significantly more expensive. The service is always fast and they make sure you know that everything is homemade. I ordered the kung pao shrimp with fried rice and the meal came to around $24 (without tax and tip). Everything was very good and well seasoned, but I wish my dish was a little spicier. Good 'ole P.F. Chang's...I can't tell you how much MSG and overly sugary/salty soy sauce enhances my life, especially when it's W O K - F I R E D. In my eyes their food is peak of modern American cuisine, from service to cleanliness to foodiness. There's no one in the game quite like P.F. Chang's including P.F. Chang's. Every time I've been to P.F. Chang's it's been a different experience really because of location. Sometimes the food is outstanding and other times the food is standing out because it's so bad. Luckily, the location at Destiny seems to be pretty good overall. Let me first just say that for this location, the decor is beautiful. It's dark, it's moody, it's oddly romantic? well at least until the family baby sitting behind you starts screaming. I'm sure people come here a lot for celebrations like dates, anniversaries, and sleeping babies. For a chain, it's one of the nicer looking restaurants. Food here is mostly good. The famous lettuce wraps became less famous every time I visited. Not sure if there were different chefs at times, but it just didn't taste the same every visit. However, when it's good it's great. The main dishes are where P.F. Chang's shines to me. I've had the Kung Pao Shrimp, Chang's Spicy Chicken, Chicken Lo Mein, Long Life Noodles, and other dishes. All were excellently seasoned and they made me want to come back the next day. The servers are also a welcome addition to the overall experience. The experience servers are attentive and fast. The inexperienced servers are a little awk, but they're still cute and bubbly. It's always a good time coming to see Chang no matter what you get. Food was great, typical PF Changs quality with the exception of the water which may have come from a dirty sink. Service was bordering on awful, the place was nearly empty on a Monday night and everything was slow. As we finished apps the plates piled up on the end of the table, they were never cleared and by the end of the meal there was a stack sitting there. At one point another waitress tried to bring other apps to our table and said "these are yours, right?", um, no. We had a gift card the waitress couldn't figure out how to use and had to ask the manager for help, it took probably 20 minutes before she came back and said the manager couldn't do it either. No problem but the manager should have been the one to come over and apologize. Overall, very disappointing. Some of the laziest front of house in the state of New York. Came in with a 6 P.M. reservation. Arrived at 5:57 PM, were told it would be a "ten minute wait" That's fine, expected even. What's not expected nor fine is then waiting *directly in front of the front desk* through 6:30, receiving no contact whatsoever. Multiple tables of people arrived and were seated, being served out-of-order directly within view of us. In fact, despite us having a 6PM reservation in hand, a two-person party arrived at the front desk at 6:30 and was seated IMMEDIATELY. How is that in any way professional? If a restaurant is too busy to seat a party of two, that's fine. It happens. But here are two things you cannot do: 1. If you're going to make someone wait, and they are waiting DIRECTLY in front of your desk, possibly communicate with them about the delay. 2. If a party is waiting through 6:30 for a 6:00 PM reservation, even the most basic acknowledgement would suffice. We did not receive any communication, instead the front desk checked their phones and watched us wait far beyond the 10 minutes we were told, all while giving attention to other parties. If setting a reservation and waiting patiently, respectfully only to be blatantly ignored is your thing, then P.F. Changs at Destiny USA Mall is the place for you! read more

I came here for the first time yesterday for Valentine's day and I must say I was not disappointed. Me and my girlfriend is split the lettuce wraps and the dynamite roll. She got the Kung Pao chicken and I got sweet and sour chicken those dishes we're good but not great. The service was good even being a little slow because of the Valentine's day rush, the waitress was very nice though. This sushi I found to be very good for being from a chain restaurant and I experienced why their lettuce wraps are the go to dish of the restaurant. I was at the mall and my niece wanted to come here for lunch so our little group came here. It was a slow time and we were able to be seated right away and had great service the entire time we were there as the wait staff didn't have too many people to take care of. I had a coupon for free chicken lettuce wraps so we got those to share. They were delicious as always and we had the portion was large so we were able to bring some home to have later. I always tear apart the lettuce and eat this as a salad when I have the leftovers. There were 4 of us and we ordered kung pao chicken, sesame chicken, and crispy honey chicken for all of us to share with our own rices. The food came out very quickly and everything was cooked well. We all enjoyed all of the food that was set out for us and we had a ton left over to bring home for lunch the next day and it was just as delicious the next day for us. Went in on weekday night and sat at the bar. It wasn't that busy when we arrived. The bartender Aaron was very attentive and helpful in giving us ideas for drinks and food. Didn't have high expectations but was expecting a bit more than regular takeout chinese food since the price is about double compared to chinese restaurants. First of all the lettuce wrap was great. Have heard only good things about it so I had high expectations and the expectations were met. Fried rice on the other hand, is especially not recommended as it was very bland and some of the veggies seemed to not be cooked.
