I had tuna poke bowl and grand daughter loves the Miso soup and California roll...no raw fish for her... was delicious. Service excellent, everything made up fresh....my tuna was super fresh. The culinary offerings in the lovely town of Oswego are limited - they just are, so when we stumbled upon The Fuse we were cautiously optimistic. That said- the Google reviews are stellar and that's amazing in any town. So, my husband and I are Ramen fans and it's even hard to find a great spot in our hometown of Tampa and that's a big city. So we were excited to give The Fuse a try! Wow! We were certainly glad we did. We each ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen with pork. My husband opted for the spicy version and 2 orders of edamame! You wouldn't think you could mess up edamame - but restaurants do. Not here though. The Ramen was DELICIOUS. Perfectly seasoned broth, delectable pork, perfectly cooked noodles and bamboo shoots- both dishes really hit the spot! The staff are friendly and preparation was relatively quick! You could tell this place was popular by the "revolving door" of take out patrons and DoorDash drivers as well as the folks dining in! Tonight was a pleasant surprise and we can't wait to return and try the sushi offerings! The Fuse is a must visit if Ramen and sushi are your speed. I've eaten in The Fuse and had takeout. Everything I've tried is very good and fresh. The sushi is basic but in a good way, they cover all the bases and don't get too wild. The ramen is excellent, very flavorful and the poke bowls are yummy and healthy. It's a small, very cute location (street parking) with counter service and 8-10 tables. It's better as a takeout place than a dining place. Stopped in on Wednesday and the two ladies working behind the counter rudely said there's no dining room open today. So I left. The food here is kind of pricey but to be honest I'd pay a gross amount of money just to have the thinnest slice of their chashu pork, it's absolutely delicious. They have the best brown sugar milk tea in this area and they'll add extra brown sugar for you (: Their ramen is absolutely delicious! From the broth to the chashu pork and noodles, it's phenomenal. I tried a sushi roll from here for the first time last night and it was defintely worth every penny. The place was very cute, with plenty of seating at tables or at the counter, the staff was super friendly and helpful. I got miso ramen which was super tasty with plenty of toppings, the beef in it was especially flavorful. The bubble tea was fantastic, they have the jellies add in which some places don't have so that was nice to see. My mother got a spicy california roll, she says it was very fresh, the cucumber was very crisp and there was the right amount of sauce. The prices were very reasonable. read more
