Our waitress really had a ton of patience with my in-laws! They are never satisfied and sent some orange chicken back that they thought was spicy. Pepper is spicy to them but whatever, I ordered my dish and asked them to throw some Thai peppers in it and it didn't disappoint. Lo-mei was cooked just right with tons of peppers in it. Thank you! Several months ago, we ate lunch here and had a delicious meal. So, to give my husband a treat I thought we should go back. It was pricey but was worth it. However, this time around the food was awful and pricey. We order a sushi roll and it was fairly decent. However, the crab wontons were extremely fishy tasting. The beef in the Mongolian beef was crispy and tasteless. It was overwhelmed by the green onions - which included the roots from one of them. The kung pao shrimp was very disappointing. To me it seems the PF Chang sauces I can buy in the grocery stores is pretty tasty. The food at PF Changs had very little sauce at all. I think i should have just driven through Panda Express. At least it would have been cheaper. The price - with no drinks was $100. read more

The atmosphere is amazing and I was happy to see that they were taking measures to ensure safety during COVID. The BBQ Rib appetizer was full of flavor and tender meat. They had a sweet and spicy flavor and the meat fell off the bone. The combination fried rice had good flavor but was comparable to any other Chinese fried rice. The tonkatsu ramen had more of a rich veggie flavor. The spice bomb didn't really add much to the flavor and the egg was a fried egg. I thought it would be a traditional soft boiled egg that usually comes with ramen. If I had known it was going to be a sunny side up egg I would have passed. The service was great. read more

I remember when P.F. Chang's opened in my hometown and it was super popular; my family would go all the time, including for special occasions. I had never been to the Tucson location before. The staff is friendly and attentive. It wasn't super busy, but there were still a decent amount of people in there late on a Thursday night. We asked for a booth and were obliged. Our server was nice, and she was on top of everything. We started with egg rolls and crab wontons. The wontons are made with real crab, not imitation, which is good, but they don't have cream cheese, so slightly disappointing to me, but they were still tasty. I got the Pad Thai for my entree, and my husband chose Kung Pao Chicken and upgraded to the fried rice. I appreciate that they offer a brown rice option as well. My Pad Thai was good and had a touch of spice to it and a lot of cilantro, which I liked. The service and food were pretty good. Most entrees are around $20. If you're ordering drinks and appetizers, it could get a little pricey, but overall it's fair for the service and quality. read more

The Mother's Day push for takeout should be an embarrassment for PF Chang's! We ordered for a 3:30 curbside pickup. At 5:30 it was finally brought out. 2 hours of waiting in a car. Totally unacceptable. If you can't handle your orders, don't take them. Period. The ordering process is seriously flawed. That being said, the food was good. Well, COVID sure puts a damper on things. Only 8 people allowed at the bar had to eat in the dining room which is not my preference. Thought we'd order something different, Mandarin crispy salad with salmon. Unfortunately the salmon was under cooked. Waited forever for another piece. It wasn't as large as the first one and we were almost finished with the salad. Service was ridiculously slow. Not a good experience this time around. P.F. Chang's is a Chinese restaurant on the North side. I always keep P.F. Chang's in my back pocket for consistent, delicious food that's not horrendously over priced. The restaurant is clean with a large open room being the main dining area. Usually when I go here either myself or someone else. We get the Szechuan beef which is one of my favorite dishes here. Even if I don't order it myself I'm usually able to snag a piece. Alternatively I have tried the Kung Pao Chicken which is not the best I've had but it's still really good. Enough so that I've ordered it several times. Also, they have a Crispy Honey Chicken which is also really good! So far anything I have tried has left me saying, "I would get that again." read more

this restaurant has THE BEST customer service. I had ordered through Uber Eats and 45 min into waiting for my order .... the App said "order canceled". I called the restaurant and they assured me it had been picked up. After a little sleuthing - I determined that my order had been acquired by the driver - I called back to place the order again... except I was going to collect it myself. We had a marvelous dinner this past Saturday evening First of all the service was exceptional! The hostess greeted us and since we had reservations they seated us immediately!! The hostess was friendly and made some great suggestions (I wish I remembered her name). I do remember our server's name, Kayla as she was exceptional! Kayla was very engaged, offered suggestions and proactively addressed our one concern! Thanks to Kayla we had a 5 Star evening! We shared the spicy shrimp appetizer (recommended by Kayla) and it was delicious. The item I wanted was no longer on the menu and Kayla suggested that the Kung Pao shrimp was close to what I wanted and she was right! Delicious!! My husband had the surf and turf. He enjoyed it but felt for a fillet the beef was very chewy. Kayla brought this concern to her manager and they gave us a free dessert which we took to go since we were so full. We appreciated the proactive effort on her part. We will be back and will request Kayla's section. The only thing we'll do differently is NOT order the surf and turf as the beef seems to be low quality. Other than that one issue, it was a wonderful evening. read more

The Great Wall of Chocolate: Not a wonder of the world, but it's darn good dessert! Took the church family here not too long ago after a wonderful experience at our Latter Day Saint Temple down the road. The hostess (Naomi) was the friendliest/kindest woman you'd like to meet. Our server? Eh? He seemed canned/forced - or it may have been that all the kids at the table were a bit to take in... or maybe he was just new. But we were pleasant and coaxed him through our large group. But the food came quick, our orders were correct (although they didn't bring any dipping sauce for either order of dumplings - that's a server/food prep miscue.) The kids LOVE PF Chang's. The food is tasty and the service was good. Our server was attentive and made sure we were taken care of. We recently visited the restaurant again for the first time in over a year. I am delighted to say it is very muchimproved since our last. In my opinion it has returned to its pre Covid quality in food, menu has been updated and some of the heavy serving dishes have been replaced. Service was excellent. We returned to PF Chang's in Tucson for a family birthday celebration. We arrived around 5:00 pm and it was not busy so we were seated right away. Our server, Samantha, came right over and took our drink order while we studied the updated menu (changed since our last visit). We ordered cocktails - all were excellent - my favorite was the Red Sangria. Our order was Orange Chicken, Crispy Honey Shrimp, Lo Main, and Chicken Lettuce Wraps (for dinner). All of the entries were excellent as we shared around the table, as usual. Our server, Samantha, was excellent all meal - she continued to check back with us all during the visit. It has become far too easy to order delivery through Yelp/GrubHub and I'm definitely lazy on rainy days. So I decided that I wanted some P.F. Chang's and was excited that they're doing delivery. They're quite close to me so as you can imagine, this may turn into a new addiction. I made an order online at 5:30 and had food by 6:08 which is actually good timing, in my opinion. Also: Delivery driver was a very friendly, wonderful man, and I appreciate his service (thank you again for driving in the rain and Tucson traffic to bring me my dinner!). Pork Egg Rolls: These are amazing and, honestly, I am pretty sure there should be a monument erected in their honor. I think that perhaps from now on, instead of having these as an appetizer, I should just order more and use them as an actual main dish. Because they are stuffed full, have great flavoring, and came with a weirdly unique sauce that pairs very well with them. You can tell a lot by an egg roll and the verdict is in: I approve! Steamed Dumplings: Yes please! These, I admit, are my secret addiction. The sauce that came with them is different than what I'm used to but was still tasty. They honestly don't need any sauce though. I didn't feel like it enhanced their flavor. But the flavor profile is good on its own. Nice dumplings, and I really liked them steamed (I usually get fried but wanted to try something new and wasn't disappointed!). Hot and Sour Soup: This one I'm not sure about. I didn't think it tasted hot and sour, but it was still good. There were some pieces of chicken in it, and most places I go there isn't chicken. So this soup was new to me. I liked it, but do admit that it was different from the traditional hot and sour I am used to. Still good, just different. I really appreciated the delivery, the food was great, and the driver was friendly. All in all, still very impressed with P.F. Chang's and plan to go back. It is a little more expensive compared to other places but keep in mind (1) they deliver and (2) the food is good. read more

We haven't been here in a few years, but it is definitely not what it used to be. We came in at 11:30 for lunch so it was pretty slow/calm. Our server was nice enough so no complaints on service. We had to ask for new glasses as one had dried crusted food on the rim and the other had red lipstick. Our plates also had dried food on them and had to be returned as well. The seats had food crumbs on them but we just avoided that part of the booth. The restaurant overall felt dirty and cheap. The food was also not very good. We ordered Mongolian beef to be on the safe side but the only way I can describe the flavor is microwaved left overs. The fried rice I paid an up charge for was cold and also tasted like left overs. My fiancé ordered the crispy honey chicken which was okay. He also ordered lo mein with it as an up charge and looked and tasted like they came from the frozen aisle. They were dry, flavorless, and so so plain. We have no intentions of returning and for $84 would highly caution anyone else to either. read more

I'm giving this place 5 stars for the service they give to those with food allergies. I just read a really negative review from someone with food preferences but I'm talking about real food allergies. They are so nice, so helpful, and we felt very reassured that the food was being prepared with the utmost care. Yes, it's a chain, but get over yourself. We are accustomed to food prepared by real Chinese chefs (in the family, family friends, etc) and we always enjoy our meals at this establishment.
