I am never disappointed with PF Chang. Consistently great food, nice menu choices, always fresh, nice portions, and excellent service. It was a bit noisy tonight but Saturday night and a packed restaurant...to be expected I suppose. They honored my reservation even with a line out the door. Been coming to the Warrington location for years and never disappoints. Highly recommended selections - dynamite shrimp and chicken lettuce wraps to start. Main course gotta do mongolian beef with white rice. Greatest ending is the banana spring roll which comes with a scoop of the most amazing coconut pineapple ice cream! read more

PF used to be a good choice for Western style Chinese fare. Unfortunately, the restaurant food has started to taste like something between a frozen dinner and yesterday's takeout. Mongolian beef was leathery and salads were drenched in syrupy dressing. Our waitress was exceptional and after complaining, we got nearly all of our meal for free. Hats off to the staff, unfortunately the food still suffers. read more

We frequent P. F. Changs because the hubs loves their salmon and my mother in law is a gluten free vegan. They have an extensive gluten free menu, and she's thrilled because she doesn't just have to eat a salad like she does at every other restaurant. The service is always great here and we always try to make reservations because they get packed. They've recently added sushi to their menu. We tried the avocado roll. It came with a surprising yellow sauce that was a curry aioli. While they have typical chinese fare, they have a rotating seasonal menu and there's always plenty of healthy options that aren't in some special "are you watching your weight" section. Last time we ate here, hubs salmon came out undercooked and they rushed it back into the kitchen and were full of apologies. I know it's a chain but it's reliable and a good place to go if you have picky family members with dietary restrictions. read more

Gluten Free Menu....I LOVE YOU!! So found out a couple cool things, 1-ask your server if it is a "salty dish" and ask for it to be reduced 2-they have a great happy hour 3-I still need to find out which drink has a ball of ice in it....? 4-you can get all gluten free sauces They do a great job every time I come in, and the lettuce wraps and egg drop soup are my staples. My boyfriend and I came here spontaneously tonight for a drink and a quick bite. The Mongolian beef was a party in my mouth and just when we thought it was over, chef Steve hand delivered our pineapple coconut ice cream with fried banana. What a way to make us feel special. Everything was delightful. Service was prompt and I'm glad we made this stop because it was awesome! Highly recommend both dishes paired with a fine cab. read more

My husband and I had a gift card and finally decided to go which we were very excited about. We sat down and it took over 10 minutes to even be greeted by our server. We ordered an appetizer of rock shrimp. Rock shrimp was not hot at all, barely any sauce, and did not come with any dipping sauce. The waiter did not bring us the food and we weren't checked on until we were done the appetizer (which we haven't even put in our entrees yet). The waiter was also a bartender so he was making drinks and busy with the bar the entire time. We put in our entrees which came out pretty quickly but we're also very disappointing. I got the honey crispy chicken. Again no dipping sauce, barely any sauce on the chicken. The vegetable fried rice was very bland and I ordered some broccoli for my son which was barely cooked. We started struggling since our son was ready to leave and again our waiter is not in sight. I had to request take out boxes from another staff, different staff gave us our receipt. I took my son to our car and left my husband to pay. He didn't leave for another 15 minutes and said the waiter did not come over until a minute prior to him leaving. The whole experience between the food and customer services was very disappointing. We will not be going back. read more

So this is one of my favorite restaurants as far as chains go. But other the years they keep eliminating all my menu items. I try to order them and sometimes they can still make them and some they can't. I always like the service and atmosphere there. However we had coupon to use that cane via email and since my items were not technically on the menu any longer we were told after wards that they would not honor the coupons. The servers have been too new to be knowledgeable about these menu items. I suggest being wary of any coupons from them or ask your server before ordering if they are valid. read more

Ordered the miso salmon entree asked for it to be spicy with the fish well done. When the entree came out and the thicker portion of the fish was undercooked. I informed the server of the issue who took it back. My husband was long finished with his meal and I still did not receive my meal. Finally the fish comes out and it is also undercooked same as the first piece and has absolutely no spice whatsoever. My husband's side order of spinach was cross contaminated with some type of seafood, it had a distinctive fishy smell & taste. They also took away our remaining food that we intended to box to take with without offering to box it. Not a good experience at all. They took the Salmon entree off but that didn't really mean much since we already had a reward for buy 1 get 1 free entree we were using on the meal that will expire in the next few days. Our first time there, and everything was good. Friendly greeter when you enter, friendly and knowledgeable waiter. From the lettuce wraps, to chicken and beef entrees, followed by a crisp cold one, all with a nice atmosphere made for a great outing. Also the prices were very reasonable for such a nice place. My wife and I got take out and My crispy honey chicken was completely soggy and mush by the time I got home and the rice was very undercooked. I wouldn't be as mad if it didn't cost so much and take an hour to make. I honestly wish I could receive a refund considering I couldn't even get through 75% of my meal. Don't waste your time or money. We ate here a couple of years ago when someone gave us a gift card. I remember it being ok but just not worth the drive to get there since it isn't close. So when we received another gift card recently, I thought ok, free is worth the drive. It wasn't. We got: the pork egg rolls ( they were good), the sesame chicken ( the chicken was bland and mushy, I had a small bowl and I'm throwing the rest away), the half rack of dry rubbed ribs ( my husband ate two and tossed the rest saying they tasted "funny" and not in a good way), the wonton soup ( the liquid was bland and the wontons were tasteless and mushy), the lettuce wrap ( actually tasted ok but was mostly iceberg lettuce). Overall, a huge disappointment. If I ever get another gift card, I'll sell it on eBay and save myself the drive and subsequent walk to the trash can. You should too. read more

Ehhh...not horrible, but not great... I think they're really just using all the ambiance and what not to get over with higher prices. The place was loud, the tables are SMALL, and they stuffed our large party into those crampt tables. The power went out TWICE The food was good, but not much better than my standard chinese restaurant fare. I will say the mini Apple Pie I ate was THE BOMB.com. The chicken lettuce wraps, one of their signature appetizers is a simple dish with a surprising taste. I also would recommend their hot and sour soup for those looking for a hearty soup with a little kick. Their menu offers a considerable amount of variety from chicken and pork entrees to vegetarian and gluten free options. As for chicken, my meal of choice would have to be the Chang's spicy chicken with brown rice. Again, there's a little kick but nothing offensively spicy. If you make it to dessert and you have a minimum of three people, go for the rich Great Wall of Chocolate. This layered chocolate cake is way too tasty and extremely sharable. Nice ambiance, professional service and an overall enjoyable experience. If you want more bang for your buck, I say pay a visit during happy hour for drink and appetizer specials. read more

Went here yesterday to try to get something at least tasty. Finding yummy noodles around this area is tough so we thought we'd try a chain that would possibly be good flavor? Taste fresh? Be hot? We were wrong. My husbands chicken dish was hard, barely warm and had NO SAUCE. It was super dry and almost chalky. Seemed like it had been sitting around for a while. Yuck. My noodles were very meh. Absolutely horrible. I ordered food on 1/22/21 to help support local workers and get great food. It was $80, which I expected (no big deal), but it was something out of a grocery store freezer. The mongolian beef was 1/2 the normal size, still charged same price, and it may have been 3 days old, terrible. It came with a huge size of brown rice which we didnt even eat. The miso ramen just broth and the noodles werent even cooked. The steamed changs chicken was like a jelly when I got home, we couldnt even eat it, but it did come with a pound of brown rice. Finally, the pork fried rice had no pork in it and was so dry my dog didnt want it. Any place around has better fried rice for a quarter of the price. Longtime Warrington resident, never again. The food was hot, fresh, with well balanced flavors, and to top it all off the service was friendly and prompt - a rarity in today's restaurant scene. Sat at the bar. Bartender very nice, assistant managing partner very nice as well. However, the food was a let down. We have been going to P.F. Chang's for many years, and there is a notable decline in food quality. The good was extremely salty and my go to dish Tuna Tar Tare has been replaced by some dish called Ahi Poke bowl. Not good. We also ordered dumplings that were very very salty, and our fav lettuce wraps were just not on point. We are local, so assuming we will come back. It's good quality Chinese fare in a comfortable pleasant setting. Bar area and drinks available as well. A bit on the pricey side for me for a Chinese food Chain (If you have drinks we are talking 30-40 bucks a person with tip average and about 25 a pop no drinks) but it is a step up from the Chinese buffet scene that is for sure. Food is a little spicy but plenty of flavor, try the lettuce wraps or Korean beef, Chicken and Broccoli as a suggestion. ~ Soups are good too ! The service is usually good to excellent ~! Seating can be cramped when busy as its more of an open seating type environment. Kind of wish they had more private booths. Two of us went to PF Chang's for lunch on 7/26/2015. The service was outstanding. Our server, Shane or Sean, was professional and attentive. The food - from the lettuce wraps to our entrees to the unique strawberry-cucumber non-alcoholic drink - was delicious. Our last visit to a PF Chang's was in (around Voorhees NJ). I swore never to return due to the underwhelming food. I am pleased my husband had a gift card and we decided to give this location a try. Will be returning. read more

Me, my wife and kids went here for my birthday. This is one of many times we've been here. The hostess that was working on February 24th in the late afternoon needs to be retrained. Her first comment to my wife and us was "What can I do for you?" She didn't smile and her tone was rude. Our expectations are high for service and food because we usually cook at home and only go out for dinner on special occasion. It's a simple job to smile and say how are you because that's what s hostess is supposed to do along with seating the patrons. She's the first and last person people see. OMG!!! The most amazing and delicious Chilean Sea Bass! The service was great! My entree was delicious and free because I used my reward points. The only negative was the gnats or insects that were flying around. I had to keep fanning my food and swatting bugs. Other than that, my experience was great! read more

It's not "high" energy like it says. I had a walker but the hostess tried to take me to a table where there was no room to fit with the walker. Waiter was mediocre at service. Had to ask two times for stuff. He never ask or gave refills on drinks. We were given forks for ice cream. Food was OK. Wok Sirloin had more potato than anything else. Banana dessert roll was made with green unsweet banana. Went due to gift card and still paid over $80.00 for two people. That was my second time and both experiences were the same. Over priced. Had reservations for 6 people at 8:30 pm on a Saturday. The hostess was very friendly and we were seated right away. The waitress, Kayleigh, took 10-15 minutes to great us... no problem as we were looking over the menu. When she finally showed up, she was nice and took our drink orders. The drinks were brought out quickly, and we placed our food order. This is where the night took a turn for the worst. When the food came out, they forgot one of the entrees. Ok fine it happens with big parties, however it took over 20 minutes for us to flag down a random waiter so he could find our waitress. She acted like it was an inconvenience to her that one of the dishes was missing, told us she would check on it and disappeared for another 10-15 minutes. By the time the last entree came out, everyone else was done eating. We were told that we wouldn't have to pay for the dish, however when the check came out we were still being charged for it and it was completely awkward to ask her to make a correction on the bill. Which took another 20 minutes for her to come back with the check. When the poor service was brought up to her attention, she acted like nothing was her fault and we received no apology just a sarcastic remark. The food was mediocre and overall we were left with a horrible experience. If it wasn't for COVID19, I would have driven the whole order back to the restaurant and demanded a full refund. It was DISGUSTING. I would never ever return. The ENTIRE order is in my trashcan uneaten as we speak. I went to this P.F. Chang's for my 21st birthday and I loved it. I'm 32 now, what happened? Can't believe they got a new menu with nothing good on it. I'm in disbelief that they got rid of the wok fired filet. I got the bulgogi steak which was pretty bad nothing compared to the wok fired filet. Just a big disappointment. Will not be going back unti someone which some sense adds it back on.
