They were efficient, easy to work with and reliable. I worked with Idan, the PM who came by for the original estimate. He was informative, made helpful suggestions and answered all of my questions. I did not get any other bids, so I cannot comment on the value of the price, but they completed the job in a timely manner and no additional costs were incurred following the original bid.

Rat infestation in my garage (never had rats before so didn't know the proper process)…read more I had to dispose of half the items in my garage. Junk removal took care of that job & removed the rat poop. Then I called A2Z to clean everything assuming that's all I'd have to do. Last night I saw a giant rat run across my garage so now I've paid $3500 to hazmat clean the 1/2 my garage but still have a rat infestation. I'm now working with a rat removal service but before A2Z allowed me to hire them & get in contract they should have advised me to be sure to complete the proper step beforehand of ensuring the rat infestation was resolved. Now i'm out $3500 for an unnecessary garage cleaning and still have a rat infestation. As a new homeowner (or any homeowner) I'd assume a good business would make sure I've done the pre work (in this case rat infestation elimination) before accepting the job. That's in my view a shitty thing to have done to me as the client. Really disappointed because they seemed professional throughout the process. So for this reason of not holistically proactively making sure the proper prep was done I cannot rate this business any higher than a 2 star. I'm not angry I am however very disappointed and feel that I've been tricked. I cannot recommend this business.

I reached out to several remediation companies, and Servpro was the most professional, thorough, and incredibly reasonably priced one (I'm talking about a $2k+ difference with one other company)! Once our roof repair was complete, Patrick and his crew came out to do their work. They were prompt, efficient, and it seemed like they were very thorough. I even picked Patrick's brain on a few other areas of concern inside our house, and he was very transparent and honest. I hope not to need to use them in the future, but if I ever do, they'll be the ones I'll call. Happy to recommend them to anyone who needs remediation work done as well. Thank you!

After reading other reviews, I decided to give them a call. Patrick came out to take a look. He told me what was needed to be done and gave me an estimate. After couple days, I hired him for the job. On the day of the job, Patrick showed up with his team. Patrick explained in details of the steps they would take to treat my garage. They first deep cleaned the floors by sweeping and power washing then add the mold treatments and finally power wash it down again. Once all the cleaning and treatments were done, they placed 3 fans to blow dry the garage. The next day, Patrick came back to fill in the cracks in between the slabs to prevent water/moisture from coming up. I had a great experience working with Patrick and his team. They were professional, friendly, fast and efficient. Very easy to talk to. They cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend.

I would never use these people again. We had a garage fire that impacted our entire house. When we…read morepointed out work that hadn't been done to the required specifications. The workers blamed their equipment. The insurance adjuster asked them to return and complete the work as specified. As the workers were emptying our attic, I noticed a toddler's rocking chair and mentioned it was a family heirloom. Moments after hearing my comment about the rocker, the worker put it on the refuse pile (I rescued it). Before WS&MR removed our home's contents, I scrambled to gather every irreplaceable family treasure and move it to our hotel, but I missed a few. The workers packed our home's contents and stored them in a warehouse 20 miles away. Months later, our possessions were returned. Unfortunately, many of the items were damaged and some were never returned. One item returned, an antique iron & brass bed (that had been powder-coated), was wrapped in a thin plastic wrap. The bed was leaning against the truck's interior wall (no blankets used). The plastic wrap and the bed's finish were scratched off as the bed scraped against the wall during the 20-mile trip. The workers also chipped corner edges off of wood tables (a desk and dining table) - a nearly impossible repair according to the cabinet maker I contacted. The workers also put multiple nicks and gouges on my dining room table. On a separate trip, my large rolling table with hairpin legs was loaded into a trailer. Then, the workers stacked full boxes on top of it. Upon arrival, they opened the trailer door and discovered that the hairpin legs had given way and the tabletop was broken - it was beyond repair. Worse than the damage to property was the loss of the irreplaceable. The cremated remains of our pets (kitty Moe and dog Maisey) were not returned. They were in cedar boxes (Moe's included a photo of him). I'm deeply saddened by this additional loss and sickened by the thought that they may have ended up in a landfill. We also can't replace missing antique daguerreotype photos (of family ancestors) in an antique hinged double-frame. This item has been passed down through the family since the Civil War. I've called Water, Smoke and Mold Removal many times. The office staff always told me that owner, Jason Kettlehut, wasn't there. Once, they assured me that he'd get back to me the next day. That never happened. Next, I sent a letter to Mr. Kettlehut - no response. Then, I gathered estimates for the furniture repairs and sent a certified letter to Mr. Kettlehut, including the list of damages and cost of repairs. I also listed all the precious items that were never returned. I received confirmation from USPS that my letter had been received. It's been 2-1/2 years and I still have not received a response from anyone at Water, Smoke and Mold Removal. Going through a house fire and being displaced for several months is devastating. The last thing anyone needs is to have someone add to your trauma by damaging and losing your possessions.
