I stressed that I needed them by FRIDAY if not I would still order them but go down to Los Angeles to get other pairs for the upcoming Friday....the girl stated YES normally it takes about 3-4 days. I placed my order and came back to check on them the following Tuesday because I knew that it sounded a little too good to be true. The girl seemed surprised and shocked and said she would need to double check on the shipment.....calls me back the following day and tells me that they are being shipped tracking says arrival by Friday......I went back in on Wednesday...same story she would check the tracking. I get a call back on Thursday with her telling me that I was unsure about ordering and the order wasn't placed. I think I made it perfectly clear if they couldn't get the shoes that it was necessary for them to tell me wayyyy in advance because a day in advance does not give me enough time to go down to LA to buy my shoes..... obviously long story.....I didn't get my goes and I got a call while at work at 3pm in the afternoon the day before I needed them telling me they weren't ordered.....

She is neither helpful nor courteous and her staff is equally useless. Order supplies online or go to All That Jazz instead to avoid a massive headache and a huge expense. I made 4 trips to this location with 2 restless toddlers to purchase tap and ballet shoes. First, the OWNER tried to sell me shoes that didn't fit my children. I could see that the shoes were tight and I told her that it appeared so. She told me that this is how they are supposed to fit. I almost bought that nonsense until my daughter told me it hurt too bad to stand wearing those shoes! Then, the woman tried to sell girl's tap shoes to me for my son since she didn't have any boy's styles in stock in his size. Finally, she agreed to order a pair of boys shoes. On my 2nd trip there, the clerk told me the shoes were in and tried to sell me a pair of adult shoes! They had not ordered the toddler shoes. I thought this was a one-time mistake and boy was I wrong! The 3rd trip, the owner called me saying the shoes were in, but they had nothing in stock again when I got there. The owner insisted it was a problem with their supplier and promised to order from a different company. She did, hence, trip number 4. When I went to pick up the shoes, the price was almost double what I would have paid for the shoes that were originally going to be ordered!! To top it all off, the owner is rude. She is overpriced to begin with, but with offer you a "discount" if you pay with cash. I found out after the fact that I could have just purchased this stuff cheaper by making a trip downtown, no discount needed!
