This pizza shop is located in a really cool shopping plaza. It has really great decor. The staff were ok. The pizza is made to order and you tell them exactly what you want on your pizza. The pizza is shaped unique which was great for me because me and my son was able to split the pizza and add the toppings that we wanted on each side. The only con of this place was the fact that it's understaffed. I placed my order, ran to the restroom and when I came back my pizza was ready. I wasn't able to actually get the pizza because the person behind the counter was helping the next customer get their pizza and I had to wait instill she was finished. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Fully customizable pizzas just for you. They have different base/breads to choose from then you pick your sauce and toppings. My husband and I come here at least once a month and every time the food is fresh and the staff is very friendly. They have desserts too which are also yummy af. There is an open kitchen and you order at the counter and select from different pizza doughs made fresh daily that include traditional, gluten-free, chia and charcoal. P.Pole Pizza just opened up in River Landing on the first floor. I went into a Sunday late evening and it was empty and unsure if it was really open as I only saw one other person there. The few workers present had very limited English but were helpful and friendly and explained the process to me. You pick your base regular or chia and your sauce and topping, if you have cheese only, or two topping the price is less $8/$10 vs the unlimited toppings. I didn't get care for any toppings that night so went with the basic cheese on a regular crust then it is put through the oven conveyor belt where it is baked super quick. Pizza was filling and tasted good. There spicy wasn't spicy. Not bad for a quick dinner. Go check them out. There is parking in the parking garage and it's free for two hours. My dad really wanted to try this pizza spot and I'm glad he did. They have a unique shape for their pizzas and my dad went with the cauliflower crust and spicy sauce. He loaded it up with veggies and into the oven it went. 5 minutes later we had pizza in hand and were out the door. The pizza was delicious and the flavors stood out. The sauce was perfect and the toppings added to it. When it's all said and done they have collection bins for you to recycle your box. The staff were all very nice and took the time to explain the restaurant's concept to each and every customer. I ordered the pre-designed Pesto pizza, and thought it was pretty good. However, after ordering, I realized I could've built the same pizza myself for a little less money. The design-your-own option is $12 (with unlimited toppings) whereas the pre-designed are $13-14. Next time, I'll try designing my own. But, I'll definitely be back! Free parking for 2 hours at River Landing, plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor at the restaurant.
