The pizza oven was off and covered. That should have been the warning. I ordered pizza anyway. They fired the oven after I ordered. What came out was the worst thing I've been served here. The crust was doughy. The chorizo was room temperature and clearly thrown on after the pie left the oven. No check-in from the waiter while I sat with it. When it was obvious I was done, she came back to upsell dessert. I said no and told her the food was horrible. No apology. No offer to fix it. Just silence at the register. Twenty-plus good visits don't buy this. I won't be back.
