First time here for breakfast. Egg sandwich is $2 on Wednesday- scrambled egg with cheese sauce on a hamburger bun. You can order with bacon but then not $2. Fresh egg and bun but missed the meat and maybe some seasoning? The potatoes were chunks of baked potatoes that were grilled on the outside. Also could use some seasoning. Salt was helpful and a packet of ketchup was better. Will try it again with some bacon. Fresh squeezed OJ was EXCELLENT!! P Terry fan so will be back for a burger if not more!

Really like the retro style of this chain. This location was very busy, but the staff were quick getting through the line. It was clean inside. My favorite part were the fries, they give a good amount and they are nice and crispy. The cheeseburger was not great, I asked for grilled onions but they were not grilled well (seemed soggy). It was very underwhelming. Given the price it wasn't bad, but similar places with similar prices are better. Plenty parking outside. This is a drive thru as well and it was also busy!

We went here on Friday night as traffic was terrible and did not know what to eat and we always wanted to try this place out. The menu is very small and condense which I like. They have the famous banana nut bread and cookies. The cookies are premade and not warm when getting them. We also ordered the burger and fries. It is an overall greese feast, but with fries and burgers. The burger was alright and was moist and was not bad. The fries was actually really good and I loved their sauce. The bathroom were dirty and that is my biggest complaint. Service was great. The milk shake was fabulous. Unfortunately, my wife and my stomach was not well after all of the eating. Overall, it was good

Update: they are apparently open for breakfast now. Took a while to get someone to answer the speaker (actually, when I took the photos), but once they did it was friendly, quick and good fresh breakfast sandwiches.

There were a few people ahead of us, but the line moved quickly, giving us plenty of time to check out the huge menu and decide what we wanted. I went with the Chicken Fried Steak sandwich, loaded with lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes, while my wife chose the Tuna Salad sandwich. Both came out after a short wait, and wow--they were fantastic! The chicken fried steak was perfectly cooked (not overdone or underdone at all), with just the right amount of fresh toppings and a great bun. Everything was balanced, flavorful, and honestly one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. (Pro tip: their signature Dirty Sauce makes it even better if you go for it!) The price was very reasonable too. We're already planning to come back regularly--this place is a winner!

I found out the quality was great but the quantity was not. I got something with three meats and I could barely tell there was any on my sandwich. I was expecting a bit more for the price but it was nice to try something new. The Togo package was great though. They remembered everything and they gave us two lollipops. In that way, they made me feel taken care of because it was the extra mile.

But that was some years ago, and I'm sure this cute multi-business of restaurants and stores wasn't here. Well, I'm in love, to say the least. I had to take care of some unexpected business today, and it happened to be in Georgetown. Well, how surprising it was that my business led me to this area. I think it's called Wolf Ranch. So after I finished, I took about two hours exploring, and Dave's Hot Chicken caught my eye. The building colors stood out, and the sign made me hungry. The hot chicken part of the sign stood out because I knew there would probably be honey with the garnishes, and I was right. But how good was the chicken sandwich! I don't want to call it a sandwich or anything like that. It's more than a sandwich. I like to call it a gourmet sandwich. One reason is that Dave doesn't use the traditional bun. Dave's buns are connected on the side, and they're very soft, petite, buttery buns, toasted. So, I went with the medium heat, and I love that the rub is placed all over the skin. The meat itself is very tender inside. I like that the skin is soft and crisp with the right amount of crunch. I love the pickles they chose to use along with the coleslaw as its toppings. It was really good. The fries are the old-fashioned kind. I love that too. They were thick, well-seasoned, and very tasty. I'm so happy I found this place. I certainly will be visiting again and again!!

The management is really lacking in handling their employees, resorting to yelling and "dressing down" in full view of the dining room over very simple things. Yesterday I was at this location, and a homeless black man came in yelling at the top of his lungs. Arguing with people only he could see, demanding a drink or ice. He was so loud and unstable that his bellowing could be heard across the entire store, causing even the back staff to come forward. Instead of calling the cops, the manager gave him the ice. The friend I was there with said that the same guy had come in and done this multiple times. Luckily, I have a concealed carry permit and normally leave the guns in the truck. The man distressed all the customers, and I was tempted to take action myself or call the cops. This is an unsafe situation for everyone, including the families and small children eating here. This location needs to ban this guy and call the cops before a citizen like me needs to take action.

This was our first time visiting the Georgetown location, we were over that way and hungry and decided based on previous experiences with this chain that we would pop in and have lunch. We ordered via the mobile app at the table, as my wife is disabled and has trouble standing for extended periods of time. Now, there were less than a half dozen people in the entire restaurant including one extremely loud member of staff, an older lady who obviously had family in the restaurant at the time as she kept coming over to the table opposite us and sitting and talking with them very loudly with zero filter, and absolutely no consideration for the other patrons. After waiting about 20 minutes (again, the place was almost empty), our food was brought over by her, she then proceeded to yell at a coworker that as they run out of small cups just to "throw their drinks in a large one" referring to us, and don't bother charging us the extra for it, which is kind of strange considering you get free refills no matter What size drink you buy. She then sat down and proceeded to have a very loud conversation with her family members who'd obviously popped in for lunch and to see grandma, then she shouted across the restaurant "yo bitch, bring me a big to go box" at her younger coworker who was walking over with our drinks. This is extremely off-putting and very unprofessional in what is supposed to be a family friendly restaurant, her grandchildren were maybe 10 and 12, is that the way she acts in front of them at home? WE WILL NOT EVER be coming back to this particular branch, and I will be emailing McAllister's corporation a copy of this review. The food was great, the place was obviously an older branch and is in need of a little bit of modernization, it was clean and tidy and other than the yelling grandma was OK. I have noticed other people's reviews mention the exceedingly long waits for food and the varying standards of food preparation; however, I cannot speak to that. All I know is it took an exceptionally long time to get a meal considering there was hardly anybody there. WE WILL NOT BE BACK
