I've been taking my cars to P3 for years. They are always trustworthy and get the job done. It's the only place I'd take my cars.

I was purchasing a used BMW and I was taking it for an inspection. P3 was recommended to me by a friend, and specifically said to ask for Dan. Took my car there, friendly staff. Said they would give me a result in 4-6 hrs. I don't know everything about cars but I know a little. I already knew the engine was making a very loud noticable noise that got louder with acceleration. The speakers were also making a static noise. I mentioned these issues to the staff when I dropped my car off. I dropped by later in the day, Dan said everything was OK and I may have a minor problem to be fixed. When I asked about the engine noise, he said "what noise do you mean?" He went to check it out with me. And once he heard it, he said, "we'll it can be anything under your hood," when asked about the static he said, "we'll it could be the electricity in the car". I already knew these things and he just kept generalizing everything and it made wonder if he even checked the car, then he said his mechanic already left. Then he recommended not buying the car, even though they said it was ok. I asked him to send me and estimate by email for future repair if I chose to buy it. I never received the estimate in any form. Later I looked it up online and did some research, it turned out to be a minor issue. Later I decided to do a dispute of the charges at my bank because I was unhappy with the services. A representative contacted me from p3 side and, LSS, said he could not refund my money. He said he would get back to me about other alternatives for reimbursement as I decided not to get the car. I never received a response from the company at all. Overall very unprofessional. They could not tell me what was wrong even though it was a minor issue and simply said it was anything under the hood... which I already knew. I paid for nothing. Do not go there. read more

These people had our car for ever. Saying that it would start right up for them but miraculously whenever we get it it wouldn't start. We told them exactly what we thought was wrong with it and nothing we said was tried. We spend $500 on our vehicle and it wasn't even fixed we did not get a call whenever they were going to do some things or just checking up on anything or anything like that I would have to call them just to figure out what was going on with our car. Today my husband fix the problem after we spent as much money as we did and it did not get fixed we were about to just get rid of this car. But today he decided to give it a look, they did not even touch this area of the vehicle! he figured out what was wrong with it and it's fixed. Will we ever go back to this mechanic? Doubtful. They offered us to fix whatever was wrong with it for free after we spent so much time there I don't even think they fixed it in the first place. Thanks Danny and everybody else at p3! Enroute to Miami, FL from Detroit, my Audi A6 4.2 had a water pump failure and required a major repair which included removal of the head and the replacement of the timing chain and lots of other little parts as well as the head gasket. Since this happened on a Thursday, and ordering the parts and doing the labor would require a few days, Danny handed me (a total stranger) the keys to a stripped down Porsche 944 street legal racer so that I wouldn't have to rent a car. Difficult to get in and out of, but a blast to drive, the 944 served me well for the six days it took to get the parts and perform the repair. Danny could easily have gouged me as I had no other choice of Audi repair shops in that part of Ohio, but he didn't, and in fact charged me less than this repair would have cost at a dealership while giving me a cool car to drive. Not just satisfied, I was thrilled. Back on the road, my 4.2 ran better than ever and I'm still enjoying Danny's great work on the wide, fast highways of South Florida.
