We have never had a bad experience from this place. Always used to go when they first opened and then Covid happened and we stopped eating out as much. I just picked up a 50 piece wing; garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper and honey mustard. You can choose 4 flavors but we just wanted the 3. The wings were crispy and delicious even though I didn't pick them up for a bit after they were initially ready. They didn't get soggy. You do have to call in to place an order or go to the restaurant, they used to do the delivery apps when they first opened but not anymore. I like that when you pick up the wings they show you them before packing them in a bag. You get plenty of ranch (or blue cheese) as well as carrots and celery sticks. This is our go to wing spot in Rita Ranch. Big wings, variety of sauces, friendly family-run service. We usually get the Buffalo Hot, BBQ, and Buffalo Original. The fried mushrooms are always a welcome addition to our meal, the onion rings are pretty tasty too! I'll start by saying that although there is an abundance of fried food, none of it was greasy. We ordered a variety of items including wings, shrimp, fries, breaded mushrooms, and cole slaw. The breaded mushrooms even made my wife a believer and she isn't a huge fan of mushrooms to begin with. Personally, they were some of the best I've ever had. The cole slaw was also very, very tasty and not something that I'd typically enjoy as much as I thought I would. They were true to the time frame he quoted: 15 minutes. I did try calling to order before I stopped by, however they were all helping other customers. (Hence the 4 star). It's a family owned and operated business, so I don't expect them to have an army of staff on hand, however in 2023 I do expect that if you have a phone number listed that someone answer. I have been here dozens of times and not once; not one single dang time have they ever got my order wrong. They have never once forgot to greet me or thank me for stopping by. The night I went there it was storming and power had been out for a while so instead of waiting it out, I headed somewhere to eat that had power. I love me some wings and this is somewhat near my house so I decided to check it out. I had a bit of trouble finding it (it is in the NW part of the strip mall building. Yelp directions only got me to the shopping center and I had to drive around to find it. I walked in and was a bit taken back by the decor. It was nothing to write home about. It looks thrown together, but sometimes these kinda places can have the best food. I walked up to the counter and was greeted warmly. I order me some wings, fries, coke, and a hot dog. It was not speedy but not too bad. It was obvious the fries and wings were fresh because they were piping hot. I started on the hot dog and it was nice but nothing spectacular. Since they are not a hot dog place I was ok with that. I didn't like the slice of tomato if it was cutup would have been better. Next I tried the fries. I kind of be a snob about fries, but these were good. They were hot, crispy, and not too large to be over starchy. The wings were ok. There were crispy (too many places are not) and cooked completely but not over done. The sauce is what kinda let me down. It was ok not great. Like a few others said it was thin.
