Two guys showed up and worked their butts off for over two hours and gave my sweet girl a full detail. They showed me every scratch and blemish. In fact, they pointed out to me a chip at the very top of the windshield that I did not notice when I bought it so I reached out to the dealership I bought it from and they said they were going to fill in the crack for me and to come into the dealership anytime. I wouldn't have seen it without these guys. I tipped them well and then the owner messaged me and sent me the invoice and I paid immediately. To be clear, there was nobody in line, nobody in the car wash, and I was parked off to the side where both kiosks were still fully accessible. The place was completely dead at the time. After I got back into my vehicle and pulled up to the kiosk to purchase my wash, an employee approached and asked if I needed help. I politely said no. He then sarcastically asked, "Do you know how to do it?" I replied, "Yeah, I've done this before." He then told me, "Next time park somewhere else so you're not inconveniencing everyone else." At that point, it was obvious he came over looking for a problem, especially considering there was literally no one waiting. I asked what his issue was, he said "I'm the nicest guy that works here.." the interaction ended with me telling him to have a nice f**ing day. When I brought this to management's attention, they completely denied responsibility and said "you should have brought this up sooner." No apology, no offer to help resolve a $150 repair, despite being a loyal customer for years. The disappointing part isn't that accidents happen - they do. It's the complete lack of professionalism in handling the situation. After thousands of dollars spent and referring multiple family members, even a small gesture of goodwill would have gone a long way. They operate like they have a monopoly, but they don't.
