Was seen quickly and my barber Henry gave me a great cut. Got a nice med skin fade. He always checked how I wanted it done and if I like how it was while cutting. I made an appointment yesterday and got my cut today. When I walked in, I was offered a drink, some snacks, and a place to sit. Waited just a few moments for Clayton and we got started. I did request that we have a short consult before the haircut and I made sure I came early. They're pretty booked up. I asked for Clayton's opinion, he gave it, and I agreed. I booked an appointment online where I was able to choose from a couple of services and the ability to choose the barber. As for my selection I wanted next day and selected an available barber which was Jackson. The ease of the booking online was easy although you do have to use a credit card to secure the appointment. When I arrived, my barber Jackson greeted me and got to work. Overall my first time experience was great as Jackson did an excellent job giving me a great haircut as I requested. Cause I never come back to ask to RE-DO my haircut. Today I tell him to be careful to cover my scar on the back of my neck,(the other barbers are familiar with me.) after we were done and showed me i was ok with it gave a tip. when i got him my car i touched the back of my neck and my hair was hanging still, so i went back for a RE-DO and the barber said something in Vietnamese with the Lady that knows me and then the barber said to me you want me to cover scar, I said yes but not leaving a hanging hair on the back of my neck. I've been coming here for 22 years or more No problem. please tell this new barber to know his customers better. Cause I am 100% a Regular Customer here. It would be a shame if I go somewhere else, i Don't mind at all. next time I will ask for another Barber i am familiar with. I can wait if they are busy. It is no problem.
