When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist was so kind and helpful and even helped me verify what coverage I have at their office by calling my insurance prior to my appointment and got all my records. Regarding my visit on 1/14/25: I had a piece of my tooth break off, which wasn't part of my original appointment for a temporary crown placement and filling. While I understood that time might be tight, Dr. Terri Snider was able to address everything during my visit. I did feel a bit cold in the office as the treatment continued, but the team provided me with a blanket, which made a huge difference in my comfort throughout the appointment. Wow. for starters the hold music these people use sounds like what a serial killer clown would listen too when he's on a murder spree. After listening a couple minutes, your body starts to twitch and you have to hang up or risk losing sanity. I stumbled upon Pacific Beach Dentistry walking home one day when I realized there was a dental office tucked into what looked like an apartment complex. Glad I made an appointment because I think I found my new regular dentists. Terri is and her husband have been in the practice for over 15 years and it shows because she is very knowledgeable and efficient. Moreover, the staff was very friendly and professional, they were quick to get me information I need and flexible with scheduling.
