They noticed a cracked spacer on my handlebar stem because a previous bike technician overtorqued the spacer. I will need to replace it. Looking back at photos of my trip, I can see that the spacer was cracked. I live in downtown Seattle. Element Cycles is now my "go to" bike shop and only a short walk from the Redmond Light Rail. The charges were all reasonable and nothing extra was pushed at me. The store is nice, and has what looks like a good selection of bikes.
