I then told him he could say no because I know it's possible he could be busy but he did not take that option and continued to sigh and asked me if I had marked my pants where I want it to be altered. I was then referred to Iwona, and she was so reassuring and was very open to not only taking on my dress to be completed by Aug 1, but also my wife's dress. Iwona altered both of our dresses in tandem and kept both of them a secret to the other because we wanted a big surprise. Each of us went in for several quick sessions a few weeks in a row, it was so easy. She is a wizard at altering dresses, it is truly incredible the work she does.
