Any time he's gotten sick since, he goes and gets the same thing and it always cuts the sickness time in half. It's more than just a iv bag from the ER (which coats insane amounts of money). We did try that and it didn't have the same effect. Highly recommend.

I am excited to see how I feel after the 4th sesh. Tip: B12 Fridays are solid. From 3pm-6pm on Fridays they have a Happy Hour Special.

So, I was skeptical, but decided to give it a try…read more Context: I accidentally "OD'd" on too much ADHD medication - I accidentally double-dosed. As you probably know, ADHD meds are often amphetamines and in the right dose, it can work beautifully, but too much... and it's a nightmare. After accidentally double-dosing, I was up for 24 hours and was wrecked. I couldn't eat... didn't want to drink... I just catatonically binged watched TV for 24 hours. I was dehydrated and my stomach was in knots. Hydration always makes you feel better, but I just didn't have the desire/tolerance to drink anything. I went in that morning and the RN mixed a "cocktail" of some magnesium and other things. She started the IV and literally within seconds I could taste the concoction. It wasn't unpleasant, but just tasted like you had a vitamin in your mouth. Within minutes, my stomach ache went away and I felt so relaxed. Immediately after the IV, I went for a BIG sushi lunch, came home around 1pm and crashed out. It literally reset me.

She worked around it and called her boss (next client) to see if she could come a little later. My baby was with me due to unforeseen circumstances and it was a little awkward. The owner showed her a Barbie doll and was helpful toward that situation. My nails she messed up on didn't put the bonding glue on a nail and continued. They seemed fine till I left and noticed 2 of the nails completely crooked and when messaged about it she said she adjusted the tip for nail bed and Is out of town and to file it cause that's what she would do. My other fingers were straight, never had a problem before. It was on a Friday and by Monday a couple of the nails were falling off and broken. I don't do much with my hands so for 80$ nails and 20$ tip, to fall off within less than 3 days isn't great. I have paid way less and they lasted longer and looked better and if not they would have me come back in and take off the nail and re-do it. A second one split 5 days in, they looked rushed and not put on correctly

In March of 2024 I was hit as a pedestrian by someone stealing a car. I fell on my face and broke my nose, which was fixed last year. However, my sunglasses went into the area between my eyebrows and left some scars. I already had scrunch lines but the scars had me looking like I was angry all the time. My attorney advised botox to help the situation. Jody was referred to me by a Dr. that I hold in the highest regard. I have had 2 treatments now and I am so pleased! Jody explained everything, listened to my situation, and treated me with the utmost kindness and professionalism. Her team makes you feel special and the whole environment takes all the anxiety away. Jody has a very modern, stylish office and is genuinely a sweet girl with a ton of knowledge. I felt like we had already been friends for years at my first visit (love meeting people like that!) Upon entering the consult room, I was immediately handed 2 brochures (without anyone looking at my skin) and told they really only offer 1 service for the face. The consult was maybe 5 minutes at the most (and that's because I asked questions). It wasn't a true consult. I could have saved a lot of time and unnecessary paperwork (identify theft is real these days) if they could have just answered my question over the phone in 10 seconds. On principle, I won't be receiving services from this place and will look elsewhere.

I was very clear in advance about the treatment that I was booking an appointment for. Apparently it was just a mixup on their end and those I spoke with weren't aware that the treatment isn't something that Ultraderm does. But they never refunded the consultation fee, which I think is unethical to say the least. I spoke to someone who said that they would follow up, and they never did. The whole experience felt super disorganized and frustrating.
