After reading reviews I went to T&T to try some hibachi. The food truck is set up in the parking lot of a gas station with limited parking but don't let that scare you. The truck appears clean and well organized. There was no line so I placed my order - steak and chicken with a side order of egg rolls. The gentleman who took the order said he would call my name when it was ready so I walked around the plaza. When I wandered back I saw him bagging things up so I waited. I could feel the weight of the food in the bag but when I opened the container I was surprised how full it was - the portion is huge. Ended up being three meals - and the flavors were just as you would expect from a sit down restaurant. All the things needed to eat the meal were included...soy sauce, duck sauce, napkins and a plastic fork and a container of their own yum-yum sauce. This Hibachi Food Truck is my son's absolute favorite! They have a huge menu with lots of options, and everything is made fresh. The portions are generous, and the food is always hot and flavorful. One time they even surprised him with bonus egg rolls just because he had great manners--and they tucked a sweet little note in the bag. That kind of kindness and personal touch really stands out. The staff is always super friendly, and you can tell they appreciate their customers. If you're a hibachi lover and a fan of food trucks, this is definitely one of the best around. You simply must stop-by! I was visiting the area for work and ordered food from here, three times!! I'd recommend getting the Spring Rolls in addition to whatever you order. This is a food truck parked at Marathon on 301 Ellenton. What a nice find with ease of takeout especially when you call ahead and speak to the friendly staff. The food is very great with a good portion for your money. I'm so happy Parrish finally has another option outside of pizza and BBQ. Absolutely LOVED THIS food truck!! Brand new and just opened a few months ago! They are located at the 301 Marathon close to Old Tampa in their parking lot. Wonderful local family owned business and they just moved here from out of state! Food is fresh, fast and they are so friendly. We ordered teriyaki chicken hibachi, chicken potstickers, and chicken eggrolls. They were delicious and so fresh. Owner was so friendly and such a sweet soul. You can also call or text him before hand and order for pick up. They are opened Mon-Saturday from 11-2pm and 4-8pm. Can't wait to go again! Love supporting small businesses. read more

We have ordered from T&T on several occasions, and it is one of my favorite food trucks. It is located in a Marathon gas station parking lot on 30, but I assure you, you want to check this establishment out. It's convenient that you can call in your order ahead of time so it is ready for pick up when you arrive. We have also ordered in person, and they have a fairly quick turnaround. They are very reasonably priced, and the portions are huge. I always order chicken or steak hibachi, and for a dollar more, I upgrade to the noodles rather than fried rice because they are delicious and compliment the flavors. You can also pay a dollar to upgrade the white rice to fried rice. I have also ordered the potstickers, which are tasty as well. The staff is friendly and accommodations of food allergies/aversions. I am unable to eat mushrooms due to a medical condition, and they are willing to omit them for me and have never accidentally included the mushrooms. I am going to emphasize again how big the portions are - one hibachi meal often lasts me 4 meals (dinner and then I have lunch for 3 more days!). They are also generous the the yum yum sauce for the hibachi. They last time we went, we also ordered a Dragon Roll, which was also scrumptious and a generous portion. Everything we have ordered from here has been excellent, and they are consistent with the food quality, quantity, and flavor. This food truck is truly a hidden gem! read more

Finally tried this place and I was not disappointed! 16 bucks for hibachi chicken, veggies, rice and a side of noodles. Everything tasted really good and was filling enough to be a dinner and lunch the next day for myself. Order more veggies if you like lots, though. Very impressed with this little hibachi truck in Parrish! It's parked in the marathon parking lot and is open Monday - Saturday. The food is made to order and is fresh and delicious. I paid 11 bucks for this whole plate! The owner gave me a takeout menu and said next time I can call him or text him to place and order so I don't have to wait. The one thing I noticed was that the Yum Yum sauce seemed like it had horseradish in it, which was interesting but not bad. Definitely check it out!!! read more

My mom is new to the Parrish area, so we decide to take a little cruise around the city and find something to eat. We were very happy with this find. T&T had friendly service and the food was delicious. I ordered the chicken and steak hibachi, my mom had the salmon and shrimp hibachi. We also got the California roll and chicken pot stickers. I've been looking for a good oriental restaurant and just stopped for a look. I saw that the owner was there and I got to watch my food being prepared. Everything fresh and that's important when sushi is being ordered. I would totally recommend T&T.
