Do not use this business!!!! The quality of work is horrible. They claim to keep your home clean and taped up. It has been 3 months and I am still finding popcorn dust and over spray. the front landscaping and lights were ruined by their mess. A wall they made holes in to install recessed lights is still wavy from their patch job and the ceiling where the light boxes were installed is also not patched properly. They installed a light box directly on a beam so that I can't hang a standard light, it is also not centered as discussed. They make a big deal about how they make sure the transition from the ceiling to wall is seamless, guess that meant they just smear texture and paint from one to the other because that is what I ended up with. They ordered the wrong ceiling paint color, when I mentioned it didn't look right they ignored me. They did come back to redo it, had me buy the paint and never returned calls to be reimbursed as I was promised. Completely dishonest and only return calls when they need to make a sale. Sheri is all over you, don't be fooled by the slick talk. they take most of the payment in cash and check only, this is a red flag I should have seen. Pacific Drywall did a great job smoothing out and painting all my ceilings. I tried doing it myself at first, then gave up and called them. Sheri got me scheduled quickly and they left my place looking amazing. They were also flexible with pricing and were willing to work with me on the cost. So worth it and saved me the headache of trying to do it myself, which was so much harder than I would have imagined. They also did a great job covering and protecting all our things, and they even vacuumed and put the furniture back where it was when they were done. read more

They left my walls an absolute mess. Big clumps of plaster and mud all along the edges of where the wall and ceilings meet. I sent them photos and they agreed to come back and repair the walls...IN 6 Weeks!! We are painting now, not in 6 weeks and they know this. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Did a great job at patching our wall after Servpro had to cut out corner (wall and ceiling). Did a great and fast job at getting the insulation and drywall up, and even put two different textures (again for wall and ceiling). I just had Pacific Drywall remove my popcorn ceilings, and I must say, they did an amazing job. We've been wanting to do it for years, but I was always worried that it would be a giant mess, and cumbersome process. I found them on yelp, and after panning through all of the reviews, decided to call them. My interaction with Sheri was great. She listened to my concerns, and described the process and quoted a really fair price. I also had some drywall patchwork repairs, and she added those items to the cost estimate, informing me that they could all be done on the same day. What more could you ask for ? The team came, prepped all areas really well, and within 8 hours, I had newly textured ceilings, and all the drywall repairs done. They cleaned up after the job, leaving no mess anywhere. Had damage to drywall in my foyer wall and ceiling due to roof drainage issues. My contractor ghosted me so I contacted Pacific Drywall for help with repairs. Sheri was so helpful. I sent photos and dimensions of the areas. She got back to me with a quote within a few days and scheduled the repairs. From my first call to completing repairs was only a week! The crew arrived early and worked quickly. They repaired drywall, retextured the wall and ceiling and painted. They sealed off the entire room in plastic sheeting so there was no dust or debris anywhere and left the room spotless. And the work was excellent. Very happy with the results! So worth it! I had a short timeline to get our popcorn ceilings done before we moved in. Sheri was warm & responsive and was able to squeeze me in within the following week. We originally were going to DIY it after testing that we had no asbestos but so glad we didn't. These guys know what they are doing, and they do it everyday which shows in their work. I went from a full house full of popcorn ceilings to none in 2 days! There was some cracking in the paint in the corner of one of our beams, but a quick call to Sheri and they came over and fixed it no problem. A few months ago we were looking to remove the popcorn from our ceilings. I called Pacific Drywall / Home 360 to ask them for help, and started to talk to Sheri. It turned out that the timing was not right for the removal of the ceiling. As we were about to hang up, I was told that this company also does a lot of other remodeling work, including door replacements. So, I decided to continue the conversation with Sheri about replacing all our interior doors, as well as the front door of hour home. And glad I was that I didn't hang up that phone to quickly. I told Sherie that my wife and I picked a couple of door models, one for exterior door, and another model, from another catalogue, for all the interior doors. She asked me to send her over the information, arranged for their foreman, Rob, to come by to take a look at our project, and promised to give me a quote within a few days after his visit. At the same time, I decided to get a second quote from one of the two major home improvement stores in our area, for comparison. The big box store rep came first. Right from the beginning, he tried to change my wife's mind about the door models and manufacturers. After he saw that we were not happy with the fact that he was steering us in a different direction, the guy ended up taking the measurements, writing down the information, and leaving quickly with a promise for a very good, heavily discounted quote. A day later, Rod from Pacific Drywall / Home 360 came by. Really friendly, very knowledgeable, he listened to us, looked at what we wanted to buy/install, gave us some ideas on how to better organize the door replacement project, so we could fit it into our larger remodeling that were going to have done in our home. While Rob didn't make any promises, he gave us a warm feeling that we could trust him, his crew and the company that he worked for. A week or so after both visits, we got the quotes back from both Pacific Drywall / Home 360, as well as from the big box home improvement store in the area. There was a big, wide gap between the two numbers, with a much, much higher quote coming in from the big box store. Our one exterior door, plus 6 interior doors, one double interior door, and one garage/interior door were becoming super expensive on the quote from the guy who treated our choices as their were bad. So much for a low quote! In contrast, Sheri, from Pacific Drywall / Home 360 sent us a quote which was right in the ball park that we were looking for. A very decent number, that included labor, and the delivery of the doors in two separate stages, in order to accomodate our other work done in the house. It was a no brainer to pick Sheri's quote and agree to get the work done with her colleagues. Rod gaves us the confidence that we could trust him and his crew, and Sheri backed him up with a great price. Little we knew, both Sheri and I, that it would take quite a lot of work and hoops, for her, to get our doors from the manufacturers. Over the course of two months, she worked close with both companies to get the right doors, the right color, and for the exterior door, the right lock and look that we wanted. Sheri stayed on top of the various roadblocks that had to deal with, and kept me all the time informed and up-to-date on the new developments. The delivery and installation of the doors was made in two parts: the exterior door and the garage/interior doors were installed first, with the rest of the interior doors done three weeks later, in order to accomodate our schedule. When the doors arrived, I was a little surprised, and a bit worried not seeing Rod. However, right from the get going, I was put at ease by the professionalism of Bobbi, who did most of the work in both stages. I cannot speak highly enough of how careful the installation was done, and on how well Bobbi managed to get each door properly installed. Our home presented a challenge for the front door installation, as the frame around the area was a bit out of alignment (old house :):)) Bobbi took his time, and ensured that everything would be properly aligned, measured and adjusted more than I could even count, until he was happy with his work. Then, he took his time and did some magic work on re-creating the texture around the frame of the entry door to a degree that it looked very much alike with the surrounding wall area. You could see that his attention to detail, and quest for perfection were out of the ordinary. The attached photos are a testament of the many reasons that made us be happy with the outcome of Bobbi's work. It took a while to write this long review, but I am really glad that I did it, as a small token of appreciation for the help that we got from Sheri, Bobbi and Rod at Pacific Drywall / Home 360. This company is awesome! They do what they say when they say its going to be done and leave your home clean. I contacted Sheri at Pacific Drywall to get a some information when the restoration company I had contracted with kept delaying presumably due to their booked-up wall-board and paint crew. The contractor had included a quote for asbestos and lead paint testing which I thought was unnecessary since the house was built in the '80's. Nevertheless, Sheri sent me information on where to send samples for testing, saving me hundreds of $'s. As expected, the test came back negative for both. I explained my situation and within 3 days Sheri not only quoted me an outstanding price for removal of 4 remaining popcorn ceilings, patch and tape drywall, installation of orange-peel texture and painting the ceiling and walls, but was also able to schedule the job around the hardwood floor refinishing. Even when the restoration contractor postponed their start date yet again, Sheri worked around that as well. All I had to do was pack up the small items. Jerry and his crew took care of the rest of the furniture and draperies expertly moving them out of the way and precisely returning everything back at the conclusion of the job. The crew came as scheduled and completed the job in 3 days to my complete satisfaction. I did have to leave for a few days as two of the rooms were bedrooms but was fortunate that my across-the-street neighbor kindly offered me her guest room during the upheaval. Reading some of the other comments I have come to realize that should I have any further remodeling projects, I will definitely check with Pacific drywall first. This review is long overdue. Pacific Drywall removed all the popcorn ceilings throughout our house, installed canned lighting, and painted all the ceilings and walls back in October 2017. They also changed most of the light fixtures from switches to toggles. They came on schedule and finished on time and made helpful suggestions on where to place eyeball lights vs. recessed. None of our furniture was scratched or had paint on it and the carpet was in perfect shape. We had an issue with one of the outlets not working last week and they came out to fix it. Not only did they test that circuit but made sure everything else on that circuit also worked. It was a very complete job. We are very happy with them and would highly recommend their work. read more

After returning from a lengthy vacation, I discover that my hot water heater had broken. Long story short, I had water & mold damage to the outdoor water heater closet and guest bedroom, which required replacing drywall, baseboard, trim & corner molding, paint and texture. I experienced a similar water damage incident last year in my home and called the same water & mold restoration company but found their new prices to be a little unreasonable. Therefore, I decided to search on Yelp for another contractor. I called numerous contractors to get quotes and ultimately went with Pacific Drywall. They scheduled an appointment right away. They were on time and appeared very professional and polite. They accessed the damages and provided a reasonable estimate for the repairs. I hired Pacific Drywall complete the repairs because I felt the estimate was fair. Mel, the owner always made time to speak with me regarding any questions or concern. In the end, his team completed all the repairs in a timely manner. Mel also made a point to come out to the job sight and oversee the repairs. If you are frantically searching for a professional, experienced, competent and qualified drywall contractor who can do all the repairs, look no further. You will not be disappointed. Pacific Drywall has a great service offering that helped saved us a lot of money. They offer a one-day service for popcorn ceiling removal or two-day service for both popcorn ceiling removal and ceiling painting. We opted for the one day service to save on costs. Pacific Drywall was also very flexible on scheduling and allowed us to change dates as a result of delays from our HOA. They also repaired ceiling and wall patches at a very affordable cost. We can't even tell where the holes are anymore though they did miss one big ceiling hole in the bathroom. But, in all, their service was fast and very well done. Note that they do not remove popcorn from the ceiling if it tests positive for asbestos. read more

We hired them to do both popcorn removal and painting. The workers arrived on time and kept our property clean (hanging plastic, sweeping outside etc) each day. Donna and Sheri in the office were great. They provided us with our documentation via email and answered our many questions. Incorrectly re installed my ceiling fan and when I called (within 15 minutes of them leaving) to mention this I was told they were too far away and that our fan was already like that. I am not an idiot I know how my ceiling fan is that I run all the time. Although they do a good job the way the operate is unusual. They quote over the phone, but I insisted someone come out first. They do not check for asbestos so their prices are lower then companies that do. They leave you with a card to evaluate their work and a promise of a gift if you refer them. The person that referred me did not get anything, nor did I, and as of the end of October 2011 they were still handing out the same cards. My work was done in April 2011. I feel this is false advertising and therefore will no longer refer them. I have given them ample time to correct this problem. Their office staff agrees with me, but the owners refuse to call back. Now they will just lose out on large amounts of money for being cheap and not following up on what they say they will do if one refers them. read more

Matter of fact, I continued to use them for all of my renovations throughout my home's interior for the next several years. I rarely rate companies on Yelp, but this company deserved a few minutes of my time. They are amazing! I inquired online and received a quote over the phone for removal, retexture & paint. Their price was great and a friend of mine recommended them so I hired them and scheduled the work on the first phone call. They arrived to my home on time and did a great job making sure all of my furniture and valuables were masked off and covered properly. That afternoon they had all of the popcorn ceilings removed and retextured and it looked great. The next morning they came in and painted the ceilings and cleaned up. They left the house cleaner than it was when they arrived and the ceilings look amazing! The inside of my home looks 30 years newer! Pacific Drywall was easy to work with because they do a lot of work in the retirement community where I live and know all the "rules". The main job was having non-asbestos popcorn ceilings removed. They sent me detailed, written instructions, in advance, so that I would know what to expect and could have everything ready. The workers seemed very experienced and did a good job. It was a lot less "painful" then I thought it would be. I also had them do a small base molding job. I ran into communication problems with them on this. The installer was sick on the initial day scheduled and I had to make several phone calls to them before we eventually got it rescheduled. Still, the end result looks great so I'm happy. read more

I'm completely satisfied with the work Pacific Drywall did in my home. I wanted the 30 year old popcorn ceilings removed and didn't want to tackle it myself.
