As a fellow small business owner, I cannot highly recommend Patrick and his team enough. Patrick is a true Godsend and indeed an answer to prayer. We had a mold issue downstairs in a storage area in our basement. This basement area is adjacent to a renter's bedroom, so yeah, big problem! We initially tried to deal with the problem by scrubbing ourselves but my wife got sick while attempting to do so (KIDS...DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME!) Patrick to the rescue. I was able to quickly get an appointment and he was able to quickly assess the problem. His team of John and another gentleman WORKED THEIR BUTTS OFF!!!! They basically had to sand all the mold that had accumulated on the wood...I heard dual sanders going on downstairs for hours on end. THEY WORKED SOOOOOO HARD! They came by on October 1st during the heat wave when it reached 103 degrees outside. They worked from about 10 am to 4 pm to completely remediate our mold situation. When they knocked on our door at about 1 pm, they were dripping in sweat. By 430 pm or so it was done. Patrick was nice enough to leave his air scrubber for three days to completely purify the air. Patrick is an amazing businessman because he is an amazing PERSON. This guy's life is driven with PURPOSE & PASSION. Do you guys remember the Ultimate Warrior from WWE? Patrick is the ULTIMATE MOLD WARRIOR! We are thankful to God for allowing us to meet and find Patrick. His estimate was also significantly cheaper than the other 3 quotes we got and I can guarantee that the work is better just based on what I saw. I called Patric requesting a mold assesment. I was told that the assessment is free. I was surprised because usually it costs money, but I was thinking that maybe he makes his money on offering a fix for the problems. Patric came out and he was very nice. He went around the house with his thermal monitor explaining me that this device can see things that other mold professionals would not be able to find with their traditional methods. It was very convincing. He started taking some air samples and started talking about money. In fact he mentioned that I would have to pay $550. I did not understand what was going on because previously he said it would be free. He explained that the lab costs money. Since he was already there I agreed to it. What choice did I have right? He was pointing out that he knows exactly where the issue is based on the thermal imaging. He was showing me where the issue was but nothing was visible and looking at the condition of the wall it did not seem that there was any issue with it. He took 2 air samples and left. Shortly after we got an email with the results from the lab showing that there are no issues at all. I feel that this was a big wastel of my money. He did not seem to make sense at all and I just wasted my 550 dollar for no reason. Since he did not take samples from other parts of the house I am absolutely not sure that the house is clean. After the recent rains one of our rooms started to smell musty/moldy so we did a little hunting and found a leak from our roof that led into a wall. From there we called around to a lot of places. Patrick responded quickly and we were able to schedule something in a timely fashion. From everyone we spoke with, Patrick was by far the most knowledgeable about mold in general and how to properly handle it. We learned so much talking with him and having him check around all the areas that could have been affected. Thank you Patrick for all of your help. Although we have someone else coming out due to my partner speaking to them first and they said they would be here between 11:30 am -12:30 am. I really appreciate the time Patrick took to explain things to me. I didn't know that the hole that is opened in the ceiling was supposed to be covered with plastic due to the fact that it has mold inside. We had a plumber come in to fix a leak we had and when they did the inspection, come to find out we have to reseal the tub. They did say they saw mold where they cut open the ceiling. and that we should have a mold inspection done. I came on Yelp to find someone for the inspection and we had a lot of people respond. My partner went with who could come ASAP. Although my partner scheduled an appointment with someone else- again due to who called first and could come out ASAP. Had an appointment at 10am. The guy showed up at 9:47 while my husband was in the restroom. He waited at the door for literally 2 minutes and left without even trying to call. My husband immediately called back and he won't pick up the phone. After a few calls finally got a hold of him and he WOULD NOT turn back. I didn't actually have work done by this company. However, my experience was excellent and I will definitely call again if the need arises. I will pulling up carpets and tiles to install vinyl plank flooring and came upon a bunch of black "gunk" that looked like possible mold. I reached out for an appointment and got a fast response and appointment for a few days later. Unfortunately Patrick couldn't make it out after an injury (which looked terrible!). While injured and in pain he still reached out for me to send photos. He was able to answer my questions by text and photos to reassure me that was the glue from the tiles and not to be concerned as the carpet tacks didn't look wet or moldy. As I later pulled up more flooring, I saw black stuff that now looked painted onto the cement floor and felt very reassured my family wasn't being exposed to toxic mold. From my initial experience, I can say I recommend this company and appreciate going above and beyond to make me feel safe when our appointment had to be missed. Wow, Patrick is honest and has integrity. I sent him a mold test report, and after reading it, he called me to share that he doesn't think the job requires him to do it. Instead, we could do it a much cheaper way by doing XYZ. While most other companies have sent me estimates costing thousands, Patrick was the only who was honest enough to share the specifics about what my mold test really meant, and how to take care of it. During the call, he also shared a lot of useful information, generously giving me advice and his time even after he said we don't need him for it. After recently discovering mold from an old leak in one of my bathrooms and the closet that backs to it, I called Mold Warriors based on the many positive Yelp! reviews. Not knowing what hat type mold it was, I decided to be safe and call a professional company to come out and make sure it was removed safely. Patrick was able to come to me in less than a week. He has a special thermal imaging device that shows moisture without having to cut into the wall first, which was great. Of course, we did end up having to cut the wall, but probably less severely than we would have if had gone in without it. Patrick and his team were on time, everything appeared to be handled expertly, and they were all very friendly and explained everything that I needed to know to feel safe. We weren't dealing with the dreaded "black mold," but i still felt safer knowing that it's gone and this was handled in a way that would prevent re-infestation. I'm not sure how competitive Mold Warriors's pricing is because they were the only company I called, but I will say that I thought the price was fair considering the job they did and the peace of mind I had from seeing their professionalism and safety precautions. In addition to removing the mold in these two spots, they also caulked some cracks on the outside stucco and completely cleaned and RE-caulked my master bath shower. It looks amazing! Knowing I was in a time crunch, Patrick even arranged a dry wall company to be at my house the day they finished, and they did a great job as well. You can't even tell there was a patch. It felt like concierge service! If theres one word I have to describe Patrick, it would be: passionate. We had a very unique situation where months ago, our trusted plumber (who probably shouldnt even be licensed after this) patched up a leaking pipe which flooded our closet, and had the wall closed up by his guy + told us everything is OK Thank GOD no one lives in that room full time. As we were having a new closet installed, the installers discovered there was a disgusting amount of mold back there. Something the plumber never pointed out beforehand....and it sat that way for months and months. I found Patrick on Yelp!, and had him come out the next day to run a test. When the results came, Patrick called me and was very disturbed that the level of mold was probably the highest hes ever seen in 30+ years in a residential property (in his words). Extremely toxic, and could have killed someone. Wow!  Patrick was great.  We had a tenant that destroyed the bathroom in our condo taking it from pristine to a biohazard in 18 months.   The other well rated company missed their appointments (flat tire and another more important customer!  Really?  They saod that?!).   Then Patrick missed his first appointment, but sent us pictures of his 4 inch gash in the back of his head closed with 9 staples!  He said he could come out in 3 days after his severe concussion improved.  In the meantime our management company needed a report demonstating that the tenant caused the damage and an estimate of the cost ASAP.  From the moment he arrived, he took great care of us and our condo!  I never thought I would meet anyone genuinely excited about mold and it's mitigation, but that is Patrick!  He described in great detail and enthusiasm what caused the damage, what they needed to do to fix it, what potential issues might crop up, etc.  In addition he wrote an easily understood report and an estimate of the cost in time to meet our management company's deadline.   But that's not all.  He also pointed us to a drywall and painting company (Darren DeSilva or Darren D who was also great) to put the bathroom back together. Darren worked with Mold Warriors to start fix up 30 minutes after Patrick finished (on time and with no extra expenses) his work. Had a great experience with The Mold Warriors - Patrick, the owner, was very quick to respond and schedule an inspection. I had been dreading what might be found in the back wall and floor of a bedroom closet that backs up to a bathroom shower in my 60+ year old house in Pleasanton. The drywall and hardwood floor were damaged, which I had previously discovered when I moved some boxes out. Patrick did an extremely thorough inspection of the area, and some nearby spaces, using a thermal imaging device to detect moisture inside the walls. He gave me a detailed estimate for all the work which I think was very reasonably priced. His crew scheduled me for a couple of weeks later (there was no emergency repair needed since that bathroom and closet were not in use) and did several days of remediation work which was successful. When the wall was opened it showed that the mold was due to a long-term plumbing leak. Some additional structural repair was needed and he referred me to a general contractor who he had worked with in order to take care of that as well as perform the carpentry for replacing the damaged drywall and flooring. That worked out well also, and I am very satisfied with the results. Patrick showed true commitment to his customers and followed through on all the steps of the job to make sure everything was completed in a professional and timely manner.
