The employees was very welcoming and friendly, the wait was not long at all, I went inside tried on several glasses to see what I prefer and once I found the one I liked I let them know and then i sat down to do the paper work to order the glasses. Turn around time was 2 weeks but I got it less then 2 weeks when they texted it was ready for pickup so I'll be picking up this Saturday which is amazing. The first time was a good experience we covered all concerns. Maybe because there was an intern observing I transferred all my records. The second visit was horrible. I had a long wait and nobody could find my lab, x-rays and other pertinent records which the doctor ordered during my first visit. I had to email them what I had after waiting an hour on the exam chair while they looked for them. The doctor didn't seem very concerned about the results and just recommended to get new glasses with the new prescription and didn't spend time on my other concerns. He kept leaving the exam room while the nurse looked for my files. If all you need is a new prescription, it serves its purpose. But if you have other concerns, you will have to advocate for yourself. I also asked for my file and never got it. The girls at the front desk made me wait for an answer on when I can get it while they talked about lunch. Overall experience? Very unprofessional practice. They need to train their staff better. Otherwise my new eyeglass prescription is very good but I still had to go to a specialist to assess my other concerns which I thought they were going to help me with.
