Now that it's a month later I'm doubting my confidence that it was Jamie that assisted me? When I did the exchange she said there was money due and I interrupted saying: yes $2 and.... She said $7. We discussed that I made the purchase with $5 Best Buy Rewards bucks... would those not transfer over or did I forfeit them with the exchange? Jamie called a manager over as they clicked around and made the $5 transfer to the correct purchase! I have contacted him and he is less than enthused about this experience, too. I would prefer to not have to drive all the way back to that store, but the customer service agents have not been helpful.
