I went in the first time she checked my eyes and said I had one eye that was far sighted and one near sighted...hmmm but I said ok she's the doc. Well I couldn't see with both pairs of glasses she prescribed ok I come in and she checks my eyes again and changes the prescription and again I can't see. I see very blurry and I did let her know her response was you just need to get used to them. Well after several weeks of trying I decided to go see an ophthalmologist (eye specialist) he actually told me a had a cataract and thus is why I couldn't see. I'm not saying she isn't a good doc but I guess she needed to have dilated my eyes? What she told me when I called on the phone was that she had told me but she hadn't then she proceeded to say "everyone has cataract when they get older" and no need for surgery if vision is correctable with glasses. Which I proceeded to tell her it's NOT correctable I see as if I were looking out of clouds in my eyes! She did want me to come back so she could check my eyes again for the third time....but I did not, and she did say to get a second opinion about the cataract. But when I can't see out of my eye I think it's time for surgery. Long story longer...she did return some of the money I had paid for the glasses which were not cheap! I would recommend you get you eyes dilated instead of using that state of the art machine she has $50.00 extra bucks. She is very nice but just make sure if you feel something isn't right you do get a second opinion.

Different ladies and both were knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining eye health. I will say the front desk staff seem a bit overwhelmed and not as skilled on the operations. Then all was redeemed when I worked with Genesis on frame selection. She was so patient and gave me honest feedback on the styles. I'm pretty sure I tried on at least 20 frames and she was so great throughout. Luckily I landed on 3 different frames so it wasn't all for nothing. Hope you get to work with Genesis on frames.

The staff member who assisted me at that time was kind, professional, and did an excellent job. Since moving to the new location, I have not seen her again. During my recent visit, I was examined for glasses. My previous prescription was -1.5, but after the exam, I was told it had changed to -2.5. I expressed that I preferred to stay at -1.5, as that has worked well for me. However, I was strongly encouraged to try -2.5, with the option to exchange if I did not like it. After trying the -2.5 lenses, they felt too strong and uncomfortable, as if my eyes were being forced to adjust to a prescription that does not suit me. Additionally, I was not informed that the exchange process would take a long time, which has been frustrating. It has now been almost a month, and I still have not received my glasses. When I called to follow up, one of the front desk lady staff members was quite rude and argumentative, which made the situation even more disappointing. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service, communication, or the handling of my concerns. I would appreciate an update on my glasses and a resolution to this issue as soon as possible.
