She gets me an appointment quickly, and Ed, the owner, greets me when we arrive to diagnose the problem. Master technician Dave then puts his great skills to work, repairs and resolves the problem, and we're back on the road. We have found them to be super helpful, extremely proficient, efficient, and fair priced. In the past, we've had expensive, rather poor service at some other Portland area locations. And yes we were as it was one we looked at a competitor of theirs. Vicky called me today and said to come in, she wanted to win our business on that trailer. Make them an offer. So we made the drive down from Portland just to find out it was sold and not even on the lot. What a waste of my Saturday, gas and frustration. She didn't even recognize us as we drove up and said someone else would help us, she was just relaxing outside. Omg. She did send a text apologizing for the inconvenience. So needless to say, what started as a positive ended on a sour and negative experience.
