We have found them to be super helpful, extremely proficient, efficient, and fair priced. In the past, we've had expensive, rather poor service at some other Portland area locations. So we made the drive down from Portland just to find out it was sold and not even on the lot. What a waste of my Saturday, gas and frustration. She didn't even recognize us as we drove up and said someone else would help us, she was just relaxing outside. Omg. She did send a text apologizing for the inconvenience. So needless to say, what started as a positive ended on a sour and negative experience.
