The technician arrived with a mask on and an amazingly pleasant and jovial disposition. He was thorough, clean, understanding and ever so polite. I was teaching on-line classes through the whole time he was here and he was complimentary and considerate of my needs. I appreciate that he was realistic and thoughtful in what he said needed done and didn't charge me for anything that I wouldn't need done. (In short, he used the old "if this was my house" mentality before adding any extra work just to run up the bill.) We had a broken water pipe under our house on a Saturday afternoon and we needed a plumber to help us ASAP. I called numerous plumbers to come and fix the problem. These guys are awesome and I am very impressed with the CIPP (Cured In Place Pipe liner) process. From start to finish I could not be happier and I am very picky. Rob came to do an estimate and he submitted the sewer line video to the city and told me they were responsible for the section from the sidewalk to the street. After the city did their repair, PPR lined the sewer pipe from the house to the sidewalk. It took about 4-5 hours for 50 feet of pipe. Everyone was so nice and professional, cared about their work, cared that I was happy, let me watch and happily answered any questions, and left no mess (could not even tell they had been here). Nate replaced the unit after explaining to me the cost, adding that I could also choose to go buy one myself and he would install it. PPR and Dustin Iverson came to our rescue at what was one of the most stressful experiences of our lives. I was only three days post partum when our hot water heater broke and starting spraying water all over our garage. As if having raging hormones and sleepless nights wasn't enough to deal with, I was also in dire need of the hot water because I had been instructed to shower every 2-3 hours to relieve engorgement.
