Very appalled by their customer service here. We asked the lady working at the plumbing section if she can give us a better discount, especially since the prices on Amazon for the same parts are significantly cheaper. She responded, "Then why don't you order from them?" Well, after responding to me like that I obviously wont be ordering from you. The only convenience about this place is their knowledge of parts and pieces in regards to plumbing and bathroom fixtures, which might be harder to navigate on Amazon. We've had a very hard time finding all the appliances we ordered from another local chain 5 months ago-- especially a Range Hood. We found a wonderful salesman at Pacifiic Sales/ Burbank. After some research, he claims to have found us a similar Hood, so we paid for it and set the delivery date 12 days out as the salesman suggested. .. However, 10 days later, the PS support team phoned to say they were out of stock. Many calls and another hour spent at the store, and they just gave up and refunded our money. read more

We were given Ryan McElroy's name by our kitchen designer. Bought several new kitchen appliances from Pacific Sales which were held in their warehouse until our kitchen remodel was ready for their installation. Included in that purchase was an upscale drawer microwave. Once installed, we had difficulty reading and operating the vertical control panel . We are seniors. Called Ryan, who is now the store's General Manger in Thousand Oaks to explain our problem. Ryan arranged a three way call with the return department and helped to explain our problem. They approved our exchange of the microwave, however, we would have to wait four months because the new unit was out of stock. They gave us a new installation date and fulfilled their promise. We are extremely happy with the new drawer microwave with the flip-out up facing controls. Ive been a customer at the Burbank Pacific Sales for probably a good 20 years. I've always had my sales reps ive worked with (and also have referred to others). Between buying appliances/ plumbing fixtures for custom homes and buying entry- level appliances for apartments, ive bought it all. However, it's become almost impossible to shop at the Burbank store recently. The manager is just rude- Stares at you, because you've been with the sales representative for more than 20 minutes, when there's no other customer's around. Is completely disrespectful to the employees at the store. It's just become an unbearable place to shop. I still prefer their prices and delivery over other companies- but i started going to their Pasadena location instead. read more

I've used this company for our appliances over the last few years. This week our clothes washer pooped out and the repair would have been close to the price of a new one. So after going to Lowe's (understaffed) and Home Depot (inexperienced sales person), we ended up at Pacific Sales. Gus knew what he was talking about and discussed differences between models. We bought a Viking fridge last week and were very excited. Unfortunately, when it was delivered, the fridge had scratches and also would not close because of a factory damage to hinge. So why am I writing a 5 star review? Because their entire sales team is top notch. From Sarven to Ysabella to Berenice, they left no stone unturned to get the fridge fixed the very next day. From Guillermo, the manager, Gustavo who helped us pick a dryer and informed us of rebates (which I didn't know about), and mostly Jay Betts who helped with the financial portion of every transaction. He was so kind, funny, and helpful with every purchase and so welcoming every time I came through the door. Summarizing this with sales guy they refused the installation, even when the sign said it was included! Argued. Asked for manager. Manager came over. Looked at the sign, kept his back to us, never said hello, sorry, nothing. Rude. Sales guy relayed the message. Installation would be allowed. Service before the sale was painful and felt rude. Gus was very informative with all my questions regarding a refrigerator. He is a no pressure sales representative. Tell him what you want and he will find it at a reasonable cost. I did not purchase a refrigerator at this time because I told Gus that my freezer worked, but not the refrigerator portion. He suggested I unplug it for 48 hours and then see if it worked. It did. He was very honest. I told him I would definitely buy a refrigerator from him in the future when needed. He was very honest and I really appreciate that in people.
