I went in looking for a sleek counter depth refrigerator. They had an amazing one by Samsung with a beverage station. Plus it was cheaper than box stores. Anouk, the salesperson answered my questions, was encouraging and informative without being pushy. She also told me about the 24 month no interest promotion. I took the night to think about it, and was pleased to come back and get the fridge from Anouk. We also got a new wall stove with that great financing and added geek squad protection plan. Why do I bother looking elsewhere for my appliance needs? This place has the best deals, largest selection, and the nicest staff. We walked in, were greeted and offered help, and when we declined, they actually LET US roam around and look, talk, and research in the store. They were always there to answer questions if needed. Went to the store and we got it corrected with a new dishwasher and install schedule. The installation scheduling for second dishwasher was a nightmare.
